The Special Functions of the Political System of Islam according to the Political Though of Allameh Tabataba'i

كاركرد نظام سياسي از منظر علامه طباطبايي در سه محور نهاد رهبري و مركز تصميم گيري نظام سياسي، سپس دامنه و قلمرو قدرت در بخش حوزه عمومي و خصوصي و سرانجام شيوه و جهت جريان قدرت در نظام سياسي مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. در محور اول نقش رهبري و مركز تصميم گيري است كه از نظر علامه حاكم و رهبر جامعه در امور داخلي و خارجي نظام سياسي تصميم گيرنده نهايي است؛ ولي شور و مشورت با مردم قبل از تصميم گيري جنبه الزام آوري دارد. محور دوم دامنه و قلمرو قدرت است كه در دولت اسلامي فقط محدود به حوزه عمومي است و محور سوم شيوه و نوع جريان قدرت در نظام سياسي است كه از پايين به بالاست؛ يعني نقش مردمي و حضور آنان در قدرت محسوس است. هر سه اين امور اساسي در انديشه سياسي علامه طباطبايي مطرح و نظريه ايشان در مورد كارويژه هاي نظام سياسي اسلام، تحليل و تبيين خواهد شد

The function of Islam's political system may be investigated, from Allameh Tabataba'i's perspective, in three following basic fields: the institution of leadership and the center of decision making of the political system; the domain of authority in the public and private fields; and finally the method and direction of the application of authority in the political system. The first point is the role of leadership and the center of decision making, in which Allameh believes the leader and ruler of the society is the final decision maker in internal and external affairs but it is necessary to consult people before decision making. The second point is the domain of authority which is restricted to the public matters in an Islamic government. an‎d the third point is the method and the application of authority in the political system which is upward; meaning the role of people and their presence in authority is sensible. The three above main points are posed in the political thought of Allameh Tabataba'i and his theory on the special functions of Islam's political system is analyzed and explained
