(Religious Teachings as an Approach to Knowledge-Based Security Agencies (Police Case Study

هدف: اين مقاله با هدف تبيين نقش آموزه هاي ديني بر پليس دانش محور، تلاش كرده است به اين سؤال كه آيا بين آموزه هاي ديني با پليس دانش محور رابطۀ معناداري وجود دارد، پاسخ دهد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي و همبستگي و با استفاده از شيوة كتابخانه اي و پيمايش است. جامعۀ آماري شامل مديران پليس در حوزة دانش است كه تعداد 100 نفر به صورت تصادفي طبقه اي مشخص شدند. روايي پرسشنامۀ تحقيق با استفاده از نظر اساتيد و خبرگان تأييد و براي محاسبۀ ضريب پايايي آن نيز از روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد كه مقدار آن براي اين پژوهش 81 /. برآورد شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي آماري از آزمونهاي تك نمونه اي و همبستگي پيرسون و براي داده هاي حاصل از مباني نظري و يافته ها به شيوة حكمي اجتهادي، از روش تبييني و تفسيري استفاده شده است. يافته ها: يافته ها بيانگر وجود رابطۀ علّي ميان آموزه هاي ديني با متغيرهاي پليس دانش محور معادل 0/73 بوده و در سطح اطمينان 95 درصد مي توان گفت آموزه هاي ديني موجب ارتقاي پليس دانش محور مي شود. نتيجه گيري: هر چه بهره برداري و به كارگيري آموزه هاي ديني در فرايند توليد و به كارگيري دانش پليسي و رفتارهاي كاركنان مورد توجه قرار گيرد و به عبارتي چارچوب توليد و چرخۀ دانش و الگوهاي رفتاري را آموزه هاي ديني تشكيل دهند، به همان اندازه مي توان توسعۀ دانش دين محور را در سازمان پليس محقق ساخت

In the world of today, knowledge is a strategic resource and a key competency for organizations. The performance of police function is based on the knowledge of individuals. Islam has developed guidelines for knowledge and knowledge of human beings. This article aims to explain the role of religious teachings on police knowledge and the author has attempted to realize if there is a significant relationship between religious teachings knowledge and the police or nor? Method: The study and application of methods, descriptive and correlational and using the library and survey methods. The population consisted of police managers in the knowledge and a stratified random sample of 100 people is identified. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a experts and teachers for its reliability coefficient of Cronbach's alpha, which for this study amount ( A =./81) was determined. To analyze the statistical data of single-test sample and data correlation and Results of theoretical principles and methods of the jurisprudential ruling, the method of interpretation is used. Results: The findings of the present article indicate a causal relationship between religious teachings knowledge-based police variables equal to./73 and %95 can be expressed in religious teachings is to promote knowledge-based policing. Conclusion: The results show that the magnitude of the operation and application of religious teachings in the production process and the use of police knowledge and behaviors of employees is considered. In other words, the production and cycle of knowledge and behavior patterns form of religious teachings; religious knowledge-based development can be achieved in the police.
