نفي مطلق انگاري امنيت در آموزه هاي اسلامي

Disproving Security Absolutism in Religious Doctrines

امنيت و زندگي دور از بيم و هراس در عرصه هاي مختلف زندگي از بديهي ترين و اساسي ترين حقوق انسان است. نه هيچ عالم و صاحب انديشه اي در آن ترديد دارد و نه هيچ مكتب و نظام حقوقي آن را انكار كرده است، اما بايد ديد آيا امنيت، مطلق است و آيا آموزه هاي اسلامي اين مطلق انگاري در امنيت را برمي تابد؟ يا اينكه بسته به شرايط و رفتار افراد، امنيت نسبت به آنان متفاوت خواهد بود؟ اين پژوهش بر آن است با مراجعه به قرآن، روايات و فقه شيعي، اين موضوع را واكاود و به اين سوال پاسخ دهد. از اين رو، پس از مفهوم شناسي، بيان ضرورت و اهميت و نيز اشاره به پيشينه امنيت، اين موضوع را پي گرفته است و در نهايت ثابت كرده كه ايده مطلق انگاري امنيت، ايده اي ناصواب است و در حقيقت مانعي بزرگ بر سر راه تحقق امنيت و نهادينه شدن آن در جامعه مي باشد.

Security and a life free from apprehension and fear in different arenas of life is among the most indispensable and fundamental human rights. Neither any scholar and thinker has doubt about it، nor any school of thought and legal system has denied it; however، it should be seen if security is absolute and if the Islamic doctrines tolerate this absolutism in security. o‎r whether، depending on the conditions and behavior of people، security would be different to them? This research is intended to explore into this issue and answer the above question with reference to the Qur’ān and the Shī‘ī traditions and jurisprudence. Thus، after studying the concept، stating the necessity and importance، and pointing out the antecedent of security، it has followed up this issue and finally proved that the idea of absolutism is an unrighteous one and is indeed a great barrier on the way to actualization of security and its institutionalization in the society.
