Methodological Discussion in International Relations Theories from the Philosophy of Science Aspect

اول از منظر فراتحليل يعني اينكه نظريه‌هاي روابط بين‌الملل از لحاظ هستي‌شناسي، معرفت شناسي و روش‌شناسي چگونه ارزيابي مي‌شوند. در واقع چرايي و چگونگي پيدايي و بازآوري انديشه‌ها در حوزه روابط بين‌الملل در مركز ثقل اين فراتحليل قرار مي‌گيرد. و گونه بعدي اين پرسش‌ها به مباني نظري استوار است كه عبارتند از: مختصات روابط بين‌الملل در اين نظريات چيست؟ مؤلفه‌هايروابط بين‌الملل بر اساس نظريات مختلف در اين رشته مطالعاتي كدامند؟ روابط بين‌الملل حائز چه ابعادي است؟ گفتمان مستتر در نظريات متفاوت روابط بين‌الملل چيست؟ چه رابطه‌اي ميان نظريه و اقدام حاكم است؟ نظريات روابط بين‌الملل داراي چه آثار و پيامدهايي از حيث روش‌شناختي مي‌باشند؟ براين اساس موضوع اين مقاله در قالب مبحثي ميان رشته‌اي با بهره‌گيري از مفاهيم روابط بين‌الملل و فلسفه علم و از طريق روش توصيفي- تحليلي به رشته تحرير درآمده است.در اين مقاله نظريه‌هاي روابط بين­الملل از ديدگاه فلسفه علم مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. اين نوشتار بر دو گونه ارزيابي مبتني است.

This paper studies theories of international relations from the philosophy of science perspective based on two types of evaluation. The first type is through meta-analysis, that is, how international relations are evaluated through ontology, epistemology and methodology. In fact, the “whyness” and “howness” of the emergence and retrieval of thoughts in the field of international relations are at the center of this meta-analysis. The second type is based on the theoretical foundations which include questions such as “What are the peculiarities of international relations in these theories? What are the components of international relations based on different theories of the field? What is the implied discourse in different theories of international relations? What relation is between theory and action? What are the impacts and consequences of theories of international relations in terms of methodology?” Accordingly, this paper utilizes a descriptive-analytical method within the interdisciplinary topics of international relations and philosophy of science to explore the above mentioned issues.
