The Tyler Rationale and plagiarism: A comparative Analysis of Rational book and its revision

كتاب اصول اساسي برنامه درسي و آموزشي تايلر يكي از چالش برانگيزترين اثر در حوزه برنامه ريزي درسي است كه مورد نقد گروه هاي مختلف قرار گرفته. منتقدان از يك سو، آن را سرقت ادبي و برگرفته از آثار ديگرصاحبنظران و از سوي ديگر، سوال هايش را سرمنشاء مهندسي سازي برنامه درسي مي دانند. مطالعه حاضر دو هدف اصلي را دنبال مي كند. يكي، بررسي ارزيابي هاي ديدگاه هاي متفاوت نسبت به منطق و ديگري، بازارزيابي اين اثر با مقايسه آن و نسخه بازبيني شده اش توسط نگارنده تا شايد به برخي از تفاسير ناقدان پاسخ داده شود. بنابراين، محقق با وظايف ارزيابي، مقايسه كردن و ارائه بديل ها از روش كاوشگري فلسفي با هدف ابهام زدايي، فهم و شفاف سازي برنامه درسي مبتني بر تعيين اهداف تايلر استفاده كرده است. يافته ها نشان مي دهد، ارمغان منطق تايلر براي تعليم و تربيت كشورها شامل فوايدي نظير، توجه به ارزش ها، توجه به تفاوت هاي فردي، تربيت معلم فكور، تربيت دانش آموز فكور و توجه به علائق آنها، توجه به تخصص گرايي در كنار آموزش عمومي، تلفيق نظريه و عمل، توجه به حل مسئله و معايبي چون، توجه فراوان به اهداف تجويزي، عدم توجه به مشاركت دانش آموزان در انتخاب راهبردهاي يادگيري، توجه زياد به ارزشيابي پاياني بوده است. در نتيجه منطق تايلر به عنوان راهنماي توسعه برنامه درسي همانند يك چهارچوبي تلقي مي شود كه سازه هاي آن مي تواند سخت و محكم يا انعطاف پذير باشد.

Basic Principles of Curriculum and Instruction book by Ralph Tyler is the most challengeable work in the field of curriculum that has been criticized with various groups. Some of them believe it is a plagiarism and others view it’s questions as a basic for curriculum engineering. Exploring divers ideas toward the rational and reappraise by comparing it and it's revision are two main purposes of the study in order to answer to appraise with writer. Therefore, the researchers as the appraiser and comparator, providing alternatives have used philosophical inquiry method to clarify goal based curriculum introduced by Tyler. Findings show Tyler's rational present advantages such as, emphasizing on values and individual differences .Educating on reflective teacher and reflective student, accenting on students interesting, coincidently attention on specialized training and public education, Integrating theory and practice, affirming problem solving and disadvantages as the neglecting process based evaluation, unconcern to student participating in learning strategies selection, accenting on prescriptive goals. Consequently, rational is as a guideline for curriculum development that the components of framework are either rigorous or flexible.
