هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي اثرات اينولين و مكمل هاي گياهي (پودر مرزه و پياز) بر شاخص هاي رشده تغذيه، تركيبات بدن و فعاليت آنزيمهاي گوارشي ليهاز آميلاز و الكالين فسفاتاز در ماهيان جوان كپور معمولي (Cypr224S CG7) بود. در اين بررسي تعداد 150 عد ماهي كپور جوان با ميانگين وزني 0/08± 20 گرم، در 15 گروه 10 تايي (شامل يك گروه شاهد و 4 گروه تيمار و هر يك با سه تكرار) به مدت 45 روز با جيره هاي غذايي آزمايشي تغذيه شدند. گروه شاهد تنها با جيره پايه (فاقد اينولين و پودر گياه مرزه و پياز) تغذيه شده و جيره تيمار اينولين حاوي 1 درصد اينولين، تيمار مرزه داري 1 درصد پودر مرزه، تيمار پياز حاوي 1 درصد پودر پياز و نيمار مرزه- پياز حاوي مخلوطي از 0/5
درصد پودر مرزه و 0/5
درصد پودر پياز بود. تغذيه ماهيان مورد آزمايش تا حد سيري و به تعداد سه بار در روز انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه اينولين و مكمل هاي گياهي تأثير معني داري بر عملكرد رشد (وزن نهايي، مقدار افزايش وزن بدن و نرخ رشد ويژه) و تغذيه ماهيان كهور معمولي (ضريب تبديل غذايي، نرخ بازده پروتئين و كارايي غذا در مقايسه با گروه شاهد نداشته است ( 0/05
چكيده لاتين :
The goal of this study was evaluating of the effects of inulin and herbal
additives (Savory and Onion) on growth performance, feeding indices,
body composition and activity of digestive enzymes (Lipase, Amylase
and Alkaline phosphatase) in the juveniles of the common Carp
(Cyprinus carpio). In this study 150 young carp fish with initial average
weight of 20.0 ± 0.08 g were fed in fifteen groups of ten (containing a
control group and four other groups with three replicate) with different
experimental diets for 45 days. control group was fed with basal diet
only (without inulin, savory powder and onion) and the diet of treatment
inulin contained 1% inulin, treatment savory; 1% savory powder,
treatment onion; 1% onion powder and treatment savory-onion; mixture
of 0.5% savory powder and 0.5% onion powder. Experimental fish
were fed to satiation triple daily. At the end of the period, growth
performance (Final weight, weight gain, specific growth rate) and feed
utilization (food conversion ratio, feed efficiency, protein efficiency
ratio) were not significantly different compared with control group
(p>0.05), but daily feed (3.43± 0.09) and protein intake (1.3±0.06)
respectively were significantly increased in fish fed by savory
compared with control group (2.49± 0.17) and (0.97±0.07) (p<0.05).
On the other hand, digestive enzymes activity in different treatments
was not significantly different compared with control group (p>0.05).
But they have significant effect on the body composition (p < 0.05). So,
the maximum amount of protein was observed in herbal treatments
containing savory (60.43 ± 0.25) and onion (61.19 ± 0.06) which
showed significant different compared with control group (58.39 ±
0.32) (p<0.05). Basis on the results, the use of 1% savory or onion
powder is recommended for improving body composition of juvenile
carp.
