تاثير گرايش كارآفرينانه بر عملكرد سازماني در سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان آذربايجان غربي

The Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Organizational Performance of the Jihad-e- Agriculture Organization in West Azerbaijan Province

در سال‌هاي اخير، گرايش كارآفرينانه به عنوان يك عنصر اساسي در بهبود عملكرد سازماني مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بر اين اساس، هدف اين تحقيق توصيفي- همبستگي بررسي تأثير گرايش كارآفرينانه بر عملكرد سازماني در سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان آذربايجان غربي بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را 1040 نفر از كارشناسان سازمان‌ جهاد كشاورزي در استان آذربايجان غربي تشكيل مي‌دادند كه با توجه به جدول بارتلت تعداد 240 نفر از آنان از طريق روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي با انتساب متناسب براي انجام تحقيق انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامههاي استاندارد استفاده گرديد. روايي صوري پرسشنامه با نظر پانلي از متخصصان مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و روايي سازه و پايايي تركيبي ابزار تحقيق نيز از طريق برآورد مدل اندازه‌گيري و پس از انجام اصلاحات لازم به دست آمد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه فرضيه تحقيق مورد تاييد قرار گرفته و گرايش كارآفرينانه از اثر مثبت و معني‌داري بر متغير وابسته برخوردار بود و در مجموع 41 درصد از واريانس عملكرد سازماني در سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان آذربايجان غربي را تبيين مي‌نمود. با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش، ميتوان نتيجه گرفت تقويت گرايش كارآفرينانه به طور مستقيم منجر به بهبود عملكرد سازماني در سازمان جهاد كشاورزي مي‌شود.

In the recent years, entrepreneurial orientation has been recognized as an important element in improving organizational performance. Therefore, the purpose of this descriptive- correlative research was to study the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance of the Jihad-e- Agriculture organization, in West Azerbaijan Province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1040 experts of the Jihad-e- Agriculture organization in West Azerbaijan Province. According to the Bartlett et al. table, a sample size of 240 was selected using a stratified random sampling method. The standard questionnaires were used to collect the data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The construct validity and the composite reliability of the research instrument were tested by estimating the measurement model and they were satisfied after making necessary corrections. The results show that the hypothesis of the research has verified and the entrepreneurial orientation had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. The entrepreneurial orientation explained about 41 percent of the variances of the organizational performance of the Jihad-e- Agriculture organization in West Azerbaijan Province. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that reinforcing the entrepreneurial orientation directly results in improvement of organizational performance of the Jihad-e- Agriculture organization.
