Perception of Educators of Agricultural Engineering and Technical Consultation Services Companies toward Necessary Professional Competencies in Training Process

هدف تحقيق حاضر سنجش ادراك آموزشگران شركت­هاي خدمات مشاوره ­اي، فني و مهندسي كشاورزي از صلاحيت­ هاي حرفه ­اي مورد نياز در فرآيند آموزش بود. تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي بود كه به روش پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق را تمام آموزشگران شركت­هاي خدمات مشاوره ­اي كه داراي سابقه برگزاري دوره­ هاي آموزشي در سطح استان­هاي ايلام و كرمانشاه بودند، تشكيل داد (1853=N) با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان (1970) و روش نمونه­ گيري طبقه­ اي با انتساب متناسب، تعداد 317 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند، كه در نهايت 297 نمونه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند (نرخ بازگشت 94 درصد). ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود كه روايي محتوايي آن با استفاده از نظر جمعي از متخصصين ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي تأييد شد. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق، ادراك آموزشگران از وضعيت مطلوب (اهميت) و موجود (دارا بودن) صلاحيت­ هاي حرفه­ اي مورد نياز در فرآيند آموزش به ترتيب در سطح بالا و متوسطي قرار داشت. بر اساس نتايج حاصل از همبستگي، بين سطح تحصيلات، سابقه عضويت و سابقه فعاليت آموزشي با ميزان دارا بودن صلاحيت­ هاي حرفه­ اي فرآيند آموزش رابطه مثبت و معني­ داري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد بين وضعيت مطلوب (اهميت) و موجود (دارا بودن) صلاحيت ­هاي حرفه­اي مورد نياز در فرآيند آموزش اختلاف معني­ داري وجود دارد.

The purpose of this study was to assess educators’ perceptions of agricultural engineering and technical consultation services companies toward necessary professional competencies in training process. The research method was descriptive- correlation and used survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all educators of consultation services companies that had implemented training courses in Ilam and Kermanshah Provinces (N= 1853). Using Krejcie and Morgan’s (1970) table and proportional stratified random sampling technique 317 educator selected as research sample, Finaly, 297 questionnaire were analyzed (Return rate, 94 Percent). A questionnaire used to collect the data. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on opinions of some of agricultural extension and education experts. The data was analyzed using SPSSwin18 software. According to the research results, educators’ perception toward desirable situation (importance) and current situation (having) of professional competencies is at high and moderate level, respectively. Based on the correlation results, there were positive and significant relationships between level of education, years of membership and education experience, with having professional competencies in trainig process. As well as, the results showed that there were significant differences between desirable situation (importance) and current situation (having) of professional competencies required for training process.
