چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي عوامل موثر بر تقاضاي گردشگري در منطقه آزاد ارس انجام شده است. بر اساس نمونه‌گيري تصادفي، اطلاعات گردشگران از اين منطقه جمع‌آوري شد و با رهيافت مدل‌يابي معادلات ساختاري مورد تحليل گرفت. روايي پرسشنامه توسط اساتيد بررسي و تأييد گرديد و براي تعيين ميزان پايايي بخش‌هاي مختلف پرسشنامه از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده گرديد (0/81 و 0/87). نتايج تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه تقاضاي گردشگري منطقه آزاد ارس از رضايت گردشگري تجاري، مذهبي، طبيعي و تاريخي و نيز سطح تسهيلات و امكانات موجود در منطقه تأثير مي‌پذيرد. به عبارت ديگر، جهت افزايش ميزان تقاضاي گردشگري منطقه آزاد ارس بايد كيفيت و سطح برخورداري از تسهيلاتي نظير؛ رستوران، امكانات گردشگري، بهداشتي، اقامتي، پاركينگ و راهنمايي گردشگران افزايش يابد و نيز تلاش شود با كاهش قيمت به وسيله كاهش هزينه مبادله (رفت و آمد، بيمه و ساير هزينه‌هاي ترخيص كالا) و نيز، با افزايش تنوع كالاهاي وارداتي، ميزان رضايت از گردشگري تجاري را افزايش داد. همچنين، با افزايش تعداد جاذبه‌هاي مصنوعي و حفاظت از جاذبه‌هاي طبيعي و فراهم‌سازي بستر مناسب جهت استفاده بوم گردشگران و بازسازي آثار تاريخي (كليساي چوپان، كاروانسراي خواجه نظر و غيره) و اماكن مذهبي (امامزاده سيد محمد آقا و امامزاده شعيب) مي‌توان ميزان رضايت از بوم گردشگري، گردشگري تاريخي و مذهبي را افزايش داد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was performed to investigate the factors affecting tourism demand in Aras free Zone. The data were collected based on random sampling, and was analyzed using structural equation modeling approach. Validity of instrument was confirmed by professors and in order to determine the reliability of the various sections of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used (0.81 and 0.87). The results indicated that the demand for tourism was affected from the satisfaction of business, religious, historical, and natural tourism and the facilities available. In other words, for increasing tourism demand, it should increase the quality and quantity of the facilities of Aras free Zone, such as restaurants, tour services, health care, housing, parking and tourist guide. Also, it should try to reduce cost by reducing transaction costs (Transit, insurance and other costs of clearance) and by increasing the variety of imported goods to increased satisfaction with the business tourism. Also, by increasing the number of artificial attractions, protection of natural attractions, providing the framework for the use of ecotourism, and restoration of historical monuments (churches Chopan, Caravanserai of KhwajaNazar ...), and religious places (Holy Shrine of Shoaib and Mohammad Agha), the satisfaction of ecotourism, historical religious tourist can be reached.
