چكيده فارسي :
هدف: پژوهش با هدف بررسي تأثير آموزش الگوي شادكامي فوردايس بر رضايت زناشويي مادران داراي فرزند پسر عقب‌ماندهٔ ذهني آموزش‌پذير در شهر انديمشك انجام گرفت. روش‌بررسي: در اين مطالعه‌ٔ نيمه‌آزمايشي، نمونهٔ بررسي‌شده شامل مادران در دسترس داراي فرزند پسر عقب‌ماندهٔ ذهني آموزش‌پذير زيرنظر آموزش‌وپرورش شهر انديمشك با حجم 30 نفر بود كه به‌صورت داوطلبانه براي همكاري شركت كردند. پس از آن به‌صورت تصادفي 15 نفر به‌عنوان گروه آزمايش و 15 نفر به‌عنوان گروه گواه انتخاب شدند. پيش‌آزمون با استفاده از پرسشنامهٔ رضايت زناشويي انريچ از هر دو گروه به عمل آمد و سپس الگوي شادكامي فوردايس به گروه آزمايش طي 12 جلسهٔ 75 دقيقه‌اي آموزش داده شد. در نهايت داده‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده با روش‌هاي آماري توصيفي و تحليل كواريانس تجزيه‌و‌تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد آموزش الگوي شادكامي فوردايس بر رضايت زناشويي اين مادران مؤثر بوده است (0٫001>p). نتيجه‌گيري: مي‌توان اين‌گونه نتيجه‌گيري كرد كه آموزش الگوي شادكامي فوردايس در افزايش رضايت زناشويي مادران داراي پسر عقب‌ماندهٔ ذهني آموزش‌پذير مؤثر بوده است و مي‌توان از اين روش براي بهبود كيفيت زندگي خانواده‌هاي داراي كودك عقب‌ماندهٔ ذهني استفاده كرد.
چكيده لاتين :
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Fordyce Happiness Model on marital satisfaction of mothers with educable mentally retarded son was performed in Iran-Andimeshk. Material and Methods: In this study, the available sample is used; that is the first of the 30 mothers of these children were asked to participate on a voluntary basis for cooperation and after identifying the subjects, 15 subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 patients were divided into a control group. After preparing the list of names of mothers of mentally retarded children, pick them randomly into two groups, experimental and control. Then purpose of the study was explained to them. Then Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire as a pre-test was given to both groups and they were asked to express their opinion carefully. In the next stage of educational content by researchers by using cognitive-behavioral techniques in the framework of meetings and again Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire after training at post-test was conducted on the subjects of both groups. Results: The effectiveness of the training pattern of happiness on marital satisfaction of the mothers was 40.30 that this amount with degrees of freedom (28.1) the results were analyzed with descriptive statistics and analysis of covariance at the significant level F of assumptions and when acceptable levels is significantly less than (p<0.001), the results showed that marital satisfaction by eliminating the effect of pre-test scores , the main effect is significant test variables of education on marital satisfaction scores. The training FORDYCE pattern of happiness on marital satisfaction of mothers with educable mentally retarded children have been effective. Conclution: Training of FORDYCE pattern of happiness can be improved marital satisfaction in mothers of mentally retarded children, as a result of this research confirms. Based on the results we can say that this training improves marital satisfaction, personality, marital disputes (conflicts) marriage and sexual relationship in experimental group compared to the control group subjects. Welfare officials and education, according to the findings of this study, in terms of development and equipping of workshops form training pattern of happiness for mothers of educable mentally retarded children, can do effective and constructive measures to increase happiness of them. In the results of this study emphasize the importance of happiness and has shown that happiness is a variable that effects on human life satisfaction and his character. With happiness training, position of person's life does not change but his view towards life and what is around him will change; his attitude towards life issues affect his cognitive and believes and cause to pay attention to issues that are opposite of frustration, depression and dissatisfaction. So we can conclude that happy environment or in other words, happy family, in addition to the impact on individuals, effect on enhancement strengthen family functioning. Therefore, this method to improve the quality of life of families with mentally retarded children used.
