بازنمايي فرايند شكل‌گيري دگرگوني هاي ارزشي در افراد با محوريت زنان: مطالعه‌اي به روش نظريه برخاسته از داده‌ها

Using Grounded Theory to Represent the Process of the Transmogrification of Values with a Focus on Women

ا‌رزش‌هاي اجتماعي تا زماني‌كه با ساير ارزش‌ها ارتباط ارگانيك دارند، ماندگارند، اما به محض محدودشدن دامنۀ ارتباط يا ايجاد اختلال در ارتباط، علائم حياتي ارزش‌ها رو به نيستي مي‌رود. اهميت ارزش‌ها و نقش آن در تعالي جامعه از يكسو و فقدان شناخت كافي، موثق و به‌موقع از فرايند سُست‌شدن ارزشهاي بالنده و رسوخ ضدارزش‌ها در جامعه امروزي، ضرورت اين مطالعه را دوچندان‌نمود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بازنمايي چگونگي بروز دگرگوني‌هاي ارزشي‌ در جامعه به‌ويژه در زنان است. بدين‌منظور 36 نفر از زنان و مردان (12 مرد و 24 زن)، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و گلوله‌برفي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‌ها و بررسي ميزان همگرايي و غني‌سازي‌يافتهها، از چندين فن، شامل مصاحبه بدون‌ساختار، مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختارمند، مشاهده و نامه‌نگاري شركت‌كنندگان، استفاده‌شد. مرور و مقايسه متوالي داده‌هاي گردآوري‌شده، به استخراج 10 مقوله و 3 مقوله كلي منتج گرديد. تحليل ساختار ارزش‌ها و تعامل زنان با ديگران، منجر به شكل‌گيري نظريه مياني شد. الگوي بدست‌آمده‌ از اين پژوهش، نشان‌مي‌دهد، مقوله محوري كه زمينه‌ساز بروز دگرگوني‌هاي ارزشي در افراد به ويژه زنان مي‌شود، «عدم توجه به مبدأ هستي و نگاه كوته‌بينانه به فلسفه وجودي انسان» است كه باعث سُست‌شدن باورها و در نتيجه شكسته‌شدن حريم‌ها و بي‌توجهي به نقش‌ها و مسئوليت‌ها مي‌شود. چنانچه فردي تحت‌تاثير شرايط واسطه‌اي و محيطي ويژه، قرار گيرد، احتمال ورودش به دگرگوني‌هاي ارزشي، افزوده مي‌شود و مبتني بر راهبرد لذت جويي آني، احتمال ايجاد پيامدهايي چون: مسخ ارزش‌ها و بروز دگرگوني‌هاي ارزشي افزايش خواهد يافت. در اين مقاله، نحوه شكل‌گيري نظريه مياني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است.

Social values can be upheld through an organic connection with other values. But when this connection is broken then values become compromised and this forms the basis of this study. There is demand for this study because of the importance of values and their role in promoting other values. There is a lack of adequate and timely recognition of the value of the progressive loosening and Transmogrification of values. The aim of this study was to research the is a Transmogrification of values in society associated with women. For this purpose 36 participants were selected by purposive sampling and snowball from the cities of Qazvin, Tehran and Sanandaj. several technologies were used to collect data including unstructured interviews, semi-structured interviews, participant observation and written letters. This resulted in extraction of 10 main categories, and 3 general categories. Collected data were subjected to continuous review and comparison. Structure analysis was done for values and interactions with others, leading women to take an intermediate view. Results showed a pattern obtained from this research, such that the main issue that leads to a Transmogrification of values in people, especially in women, was "the origin of human existence are not paying attention and short-sighted philosophy," which means that values are upheld loosely and this causes lack of privacy and disregard of roles and responsibilities. and strategies based on distorted values of instant gratification, will consequently compound the crisis. In this article, formation of the central theory was examined in detail.
