امنيت زنان در فضاهاي عمومي شهري و بررسي عوامل فيزيكي مؤثر بر آن (نمونه موردي: پارك ائل گلي تبريز)

The security of Women in the Urban Public Spaces and the effective physical factors (Case study: The Elgoli Park of Tabriz)

ارتقاء كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري به‌ويژه از لحاظ امنيت اجتماعي زنان جهت ايجاد سرمايه اجتماعي و تقويت يكپارچگي جامعه امري ضروري تلقي مي‌گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي و شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر احساس امنيت زنان در پارك ائل گلي تبريز است. تحقيق حاضر به روش كيفي با استفاده از تكنيك مصاحبه و نقشه ‌شناختي و به طور قياسي در چهار مكان اصلي و مختلف پارك ائل گلي انجام گرفته است. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از مصاحبه نيمه ساخت‌يافته با 80 نفر از زنان به روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و به روش اشباع داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتايج يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه احساس امنيت زنان شركت‌كننده در نقاط مختلف پارك متفاوت است؛ بيش‌ترين عوامل مؤثر بر احساس امنيت زنان ناشي از سه معيار كالبدي، فعاليتي و آسايش بصري و محيطي است. از ميان چهار مكان مشخص شده در نقشه شماتيكي پارك، مكان پياده‌روي اطراف استخر در نظر زنان از بيش-ترين احساس امنيت برخوردار است. در نقاط مختلف پارك عواملي همچون نوع، ارتفاع و نحوه قرارگيري پوشش گياهي، شيب زياد، محصوريت و نفوذپذيري نامناسب، عدم فعاليت‌هاي متنوع، عدم مقياس و قابليت نماياني فضا و از همه مهم‌تر نورپردازي نامناسب، سبب كاهش احساس امنيت زنان در پارك شده است و نيز استقرار نيروي پليس تأثير چشم‌گيري در افزايش امنيت آنان نگذاشته است و اين نتيجه تأكيد بر ايجاد نظارت طبيعي در مكان-هاي مختلف پارك به ويژه مكان‌هاي ناامن و آسيب‌پذير را ضروري مي‌نمايد كه در انتها راه‌حل‌هاي پيشنهادي براي ارتقا امنيت زنان در مكان‌هاي آسيب‌پذير و ناامن پارك ائل گلي تبريز ارائه مي‌شود.

Due the Patriarchy exists in today’s society, parks and urban spaces are not secure enough for women, which in turn keeps them away from using services publicly available in these spaces. This paper attempts to understand the role of environmental aspects in formation of a healthy relationship among people. Designing spaces by considering gender-specific properties is an important issue to be considered. The reason for choosing the Elgoli Park, is due to its historical and geographical importance and also the fact that this park is a central and unique place for people. Hence, focusing on security and its distribution over different groups of people, especially women, is of high importance in shaping favorite spaces, better than existing spaces. The present study was carried out using qualitative method using interview and mapping techniques and in a comparative manner in four main locations of the Park of Elgoli. The results of findings show that the feeling of security in different areas of the park is different. In other words, between physical and functional properties of the park and the feeling of security there exists meaningful relation. The factors of feeling security by women questioned in the park impacted by physical attributes such as the size of space, specifically the crowds, visual and environmental comfort, specifically a symbol and light pollution and neighboring with active functions. In the end, the proposed solutions for promoting women security have been suggested.
