برهان غيرمستقيم پيامد در پي آن است كه با تشبث به اصل امكان‌هاي بديل ناسازگاري تعين‌گرايي علّي و مسئوليت اخلاقي را نشان دهد و از اين‌رو از يكسو مدعي است كه تعين علّي موجب مي‌گردد كه كنش‌هاي انسان برآمده از رخدادهاي گذشته و قوانين طبيعت و در نتيجه فاقد امكان بديل باشد، و از سوي ديگر تأكيد مي‌كند كه مسئوليت اخلاقي انسانها به چنين آزادي انتخاب و كنشي براي برگزيدن و كنشگري محتمل خلاف واقع متكي است. بدين‌ترتيب از منظر ون‌اينوگن ترسيم جهان متعيني كه به نحو معناداري بتوان در آن عامل‌هاي اخلاقي را از منظر اخلاقي در قبال فعل و يا ترك فعل‌شان مسئول قلمداد نمود ناممكن خواهد بود. در اين مجال به تبيين و ارزيابي دو مؤلفه مدعاي ون اينوگن در چارچوب فلسفه اسلامي و نسبت ضرورت سابق علّي و اختيار عامل در آن و نيز الگوي فرانكفورتي و رابطه مسئوليت اخلاقي شخص و امكان بديل براي وي خواهيم پرداخت.

The consequence indirect argument on the strength of the principle of alternative possibilities (PAP) seeks to establish that causal determinism is incompatible with moral responsibility. So on the one hand, it claims that causal determinism will cause human actions arising from past events and the laws of nature and thus we have no alternative possibilities of any sort. On the other hand it insists that human moral responsibility depends on such freedom of choice and action for activity in counterfactual sequence. Thus, from the perspective of Van Inwagen, drawing of a determined world that in which a moral agent can meaningfully be held morally responsible for what he does or does not would be impossible. In this paper, we will explain and evaluate two components of Van Inwagen's claim within the framework of Islamic philosophy and Frankfurtian rule. Keywords: Consequence argument. Van Inwagen.
