Explaining the Status of the Caliphate in the ISIS's Political Thought

پديده‌اي كه به نام «داعش» بزرگترين چالش را در دنياي اسلام ايجاد كرده‌اند به نوع خودش از پديده‌هاي نادر بوده است كه در جهان اسلام ادعاي خلافت دارد. اين در حالي است كه برخي كشورهاي متحجر عرب، تركيه، غرب و حتي اسرائيل در تغذيه اين جنبش متوحش نقش اساسي دارند. آن وقت «خلافت در انديشه داعش» با اين سوال اصلي مواجه گرديد كه طرح انديشه داعش در مورد «خلافت» چگونه قابل تحليل مي‌باشد، در حالي كه در رفتار آنان كمتر شباهت‌هايي به سلف ديده مي‌شود؟ فرضيه قابل طرح اين است كه نظرات اهل سنت در مورد خلافت داراي شدت و ضعف بوده و در مشروعيت خلافت از يك طرح جامع برخوردار نيستند. بدين جهت نظريه «استيلاء» مبناي اين انديشه قرارگرفته تا پديده‌اي مثل داعش به عنوان يكي از آخرين نسخه‌هاي سلفيت نوين و مدعي احياء خلافت اسلامي با انگيزه‌هاي متفاوت از آن بيرون بيايند.

The phenomenon that has created the greatest challenge in the Islamic world called ISIS, which is rare in its own way, claims to have a caliphate in the Islamic world. Some Arab countries, Turkey, the West and even Israel have played a key role in feeding this funky movement. The caliphate in the idea of ISIS is faced with the main question of how ISIS's ideas about the caliphate can be analyzed, while their attitudes are less similar to those of the Salafists. The hypothesis is that Sunni's views about the caliphate have severity and weakness and do not own a comprehensive plan regarding the caliphate legitimacy. For this reason, the Theory of Domination is considered as the basis for this thought so that a phenomenon such as ISIS appears as one of the latest versions of the new Salafists claiming the revival of the Islamic caliphate with different motives.
