چكيده فارسي :
با توجه به اهميت موضوع امنيت غذايي و همچنين خسارات جبران ناپذير ناشي از استفاده‌ي بيش ازحد نهاده‌هاي شيميايي كشاورزي بر محيط زيست و سلامت بشر، امروزه بيش از پيش نسبت به كشاورزي ارگانيك گرايش به وجود آمده است. كشاورزي ارگانيك مي‌تواند باعث بهبود پايداري، حفظ محيط زيست و افزايش سلامت مردم شود. كارآفريني و راه‌اندازي كسب و كارها كوچك و متوسط در طول چرخه عرضه محصولات ارگانيك از جمله در بخش‌هايي مانند توليد نهاده‌ها و محصولات ارگانيك، فرآوري، بسته‌بندي، توزيع، بازاريابي و عرضه و فروش آنها، مي‌تواند فرصت‌هاي شغلي متعددي براي جوانان و زنان روستايي، كشاورزان و فارغ‌التحصيلان كشاورزي ايجاد نمايد و از اين طريق به توسعه روستايي و كشاورزي كمك كند. وليكن جهت ارتقا و توسعه كشاورزي ارگانيك در كشور، پيش و بيش از هر اقدامي بايد فرهنگ‌سازي و ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي ارگانيك مد نظر قرار گيرد و شرايط لازم و محيط مناسب براي آن فراهم شود. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي، به بررسي مفهوم و اهميت كشاورزي ارگانيك مي‌پردازد، كارآفريني كشاورزي را توضيح مي‌دهد و در نهايت به تشريح نقش كشاورزي ارگانيك در ايجاد فرصت‌هاي كسب و كار و اشتغال مي‌پردازد و پيشنهادهايي در اين زمينه ارايه مي‌دهد.

Considering the importance of food safety and adverse effects of chemical inputs on the
environment and human health, there is an increasing interest in organic farming around the
world. Organic farming can improve sustainability, protect the environment, food safety, and
increase people’s health. Entrepreneurship and the establishment of small and medium
enterprises in organic supply chains including production of organic inputs and products,
processing, aggregation and distribution, marketing, delivering and selling them, could create
many job opportunities for rural youth, women, farmers and agricultural graduates and thereby
help rural and agricultural development, however, for the promotion and development of
organic farming, it is firstly needed to promote culture, education and information about organic
farming and provide favorable conditions and conducive environment for it. This study is a
descriptive and library research and its aim is to review the concept and definition of organic
