شناسايي موانع راه اندازي كسب و كارهاي كشاورزي ارگانيك در ايران

Identifying Barriers to Establishing Organic agricultural Businesses in Iran (Case Study: Organic agricultural Units in Tehran Province)

امروزه بخش كشاورزي در جهت برطرف نمودن نياز روزافزون مايحتاج غذايي به دليل رشد سريع جوامع بشري با گسترش علوم و فناوري‌هاي جديد، توليدات خود را به صورت كمي افزايش داده ‌است. اما اين افزايش توليد باعث ايجاد مشكلات زيست‌محيطي، تخريب و آلوده‌شدن منابع آب و خاك و بروز بيماري‌هاي مختلف گرديده. در خصوص حل اين مشكلات، كشاورزي ارگانيك به عنوان يكي از نظام‌هاي كشاورزي پايدار مطرح ‌مي‌گردد. اما با وجود مزاياي فراوان، راه‌اندازي كشاورزي ارگانيك در بين كشاورزان با موانع فراواني مواجه‌ مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به شناسايي موانع راه‌اندازي كسب ‌و كارهاي كشاورزي ارگانيك پرداخته ‌است. در اين راستا از روش پژوهش كيفي و انجام 12 مصاحبه عميق با توليدكنندگان محصولات ارگانيك استفاده ‌شد. همچنين تحليل مصاحبه‌ها از طريق كدگذاري باز و محوري صورت‌گرفت. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه از ديدگاه توليدكنندگان محصولات ارگانيك مورد مطالعه موانعي مانند: مالي، قانوني و اداري، زيربنايي و حمايتي، آموزشي، نگرشي و فرهنگي، شخصي، بازار و محيط‌كار و موانع مرتبط با توليد وجود ‌دارد كه در پايان پيشنهاداتي در خصوص اهميت راه‌اندازي و حفظ و حراست از كشاورزي ارگانيك ارائه شده است.

Today, the agricultural sector has slightly increased its production to meet the ever increasing demand for food due to the rapid growth of human societies by expanding new science and technology. But this increase in production has caused environmental problems, the destruction and contamination of water and soil resources and the development of various diseases. In order to solve these problems, organic agriculture is consider as one of the sustainable agricultural systems. But, despite the many benefits, setting up organic agriculture is facing many barriers among farmers. The present study identifies obstacles to the establishment of organic agriculture businesses. In this regard, qualitative research method and 12 deep interviews with organic producers were used. Interview analysis was also conducted through open and pivotal coding. Research findings showed that from the viewpoint of organic producers, there are barriers such as financial, legal and administrative, institutional and supportive, educational, cultural, personal, marketing and work environment and productionrelated barriers. At the end, are recommended on the importance of setting up and protecting organic agriculture is recommended.
