مقايسه نظام آموزشي و جديدترين برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي پرستاري در ايران و تورنتو كانادا: يك مطالعه تطبيقي

Comparison of the Educational System and the Newest Nursing Graduate Curriculum in Iran and Toronto: A Comparative Study

مقدمه: آموزش پرستاري در دهه‌هاي اخير با سرعت زيادي درحال گسترش بوده است. در كنار گسترش كمي آموزش، ناديده انگاشتن كيفيت مطالب و كارايي دانش‌آموختگان، نگراني عمده محسوب مي‌شود. باتوجه به اينكه مطالعات اندكي درخصوص مقايسه ساختار آموزشي كارشناسي پرستاري ايران با ساير كشورها انجام شده، اين مطالعه با هدف شناسايي و مقايسه برنامه آموزش كارشناسي پرستاري در ايران و تورنتو كانادا انجام شد. روش كار: اين مطالعه توصيفي – تطبيقي، سال 1396 انجام گرديد. بهمنظور مقايسه عناصر تشكيلدهنده برنامه آموزشي كارشناسي پرستاري ايران و كانادا، با جستجوي اينترنتي، اطلاعات لازم جمع‌آوري و با استفاده از الگوي چهار مرحله‌اي بردي تطبيق برنامه‌ها انجام شد. يافته‌ها: دوره كارشناسي پرستاري در ايران و تورنتو به‌صورت تمام‌ وقت، حضوري و با تأكيد بر اصل دانشجو محوري است. از نظر ساختار تفاوت‌هاي فراواني دارند، اما به‌طور كل شباهت‌هايي در زمينه اهداف، نقش‌ها و توانمندي‌ها وجود دارد. در دانشكده تورنتو برخي از دروس بصورت آنلاين ارائه مي‌گردد ضمن اينكه ارزشيابي دروس عملي به‌روش قبول/رد مي‌باشد. تقويت تفكر انتقادي نيز در تورنتو تأكيد مي‌شود. نتيجه‌گيري: نقطه عطف برنامه تورنتو، مدت زمان دو ساله (سه ترم) مي‌باشد. البته با گذراندن دوره‌هايي (علوم انساني) دانشجو به درك مناسبي از ماهيت انسان و نوعدوستي رسيده، با علاقه و انگيزه به تحصيل مي‌پردازد. در ايران با توجه به نيازهاي درحال گسترش اين رشته و انتظارات فارغ التحصيلان نياز به تغييرات اساسي در ساختار، محتوا و تكنيك آموزشي مي‌باشد. لذا توصيه مي‌شود در كنار تمامي پيشنهادات داده شده از متون مختلف، برنامه كارشناسي پرستاري ايران تحت بازنگري قرار گيرد.

Introduction: Nursing education has been developing rapidly in recent decades as part of the higher education system. It is worrying to pay attention to the quantity of training and neglect of the quality and efficiency of students led to this study the lack of comparing the structure of the nursing bachelor's degree in Iran with other countries. The aim is identify and compare the nursing bachelor program in Iran and Toronto, Canada. Methods: This descriptive - comparative study was carried out in 2017. In order to compare the elements of Iran and Canada nursing undergraduate training programs, Internet search was performed by collecting the information and using the four-step model of implementation of the programs. Results: Both programs are full-time, in-person, with emphasis on student-centered principals. There are differences in structure but similarities in goals, roles and abilities. At Toronto, some courses are offered online, while evaluating practical lessons by pass / Fail. Stressing critical thinking is also emphasized in Toronto. Conclusions: The turning point for the Toronto program is two years (three semesters), Of course, having passed the courses (humanities), students get a good understanding of the nature of humanity and altruism, with interest and motivation. In Iran, due to the growing needs of graduates and the expectations of graduates, there is a need for fundamental changes in the structure, content and educational technique. Therefore, it is advisable to review the Iranian curriculum in addition to the suggestions of the texts.
