ارزيابي ظرفيت تحمل اكولوژيكي توسعه سكونتگاهي در شهر سمنان

Assessment of the Ecological Bearing Capacity of Residential Development in the City of Semnan

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي ظرفيت تحمل اكولوژيكي توسعه سكونتگاهي در شهر سمنان اجرا گرديده است. رويكرد پژوهش، كاربردي و روش انجام آن، توصيفي- تحليلي بود. داده هاي تحقيق با استفاده از روش اسنادي، جمع آوري گرديد. نتايج محاسبات نشان دادند كه ظرفيت تحمل منابع زمين و آب به ترتيب در شهر سمنان برابر 0/960091 و 0/003529 بوده و از حد خارج شده است. پيش بيني جمعيت در سال هاي آينده نيز بيانگر اين است كه ظرفيت تحمل منابع زمين در سال 1405 به اتمام خواهد رسيد و ظرفيت تحمل منابع آب، هم اكنون با بحران و در مرز هشدار قرار دارد و در سال هاي آتي شديدتر نيز خواهد شد. از محاسبات مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه ظرفيت تحمل اكولوژيكي براي سكونت در شهر سمنان در سال هاي آتي پايدار نبوده و قادر به پاسخ گويي به تقاضاي آب و زمين شهروندان، نخواهد بود.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the ecological bearing capacity of residential development in Semnan. The research approach being applied was descriptive-analytic. Data were collected by using the documentary method. Results of the calculations showed that the capacity to withstand land and water resources in Semnan, were 0.960091 and 0.003529, respectively. The prediction of population in the coming years also indicates that the capacity to tolerate land resources will be completed in 1405, and the capacity to withstand water resources is already in crisis and at the frontier of warning. In the future years it will also change to more critical conditions. From the estimations, it can be concluded that the ecological bearing capacity for habitation in Semnan will not be stable in the coming years not being able to respond the demand of the citizens and the water.
