پس از آن‌كه نويسنده دست‌نوشته‌اش را در سامانه نشريات علمي _ پژوهشي به ثبت رساند، آيا چنين حقي دارد كه از سرنوشت دست‌نوشته‌اش در فرايند پذيرش تا چاپ آن آگاهي يابد يا نه؟ و اگر چنين است، اين حق در حقوق ايران بر كداميك از مباني حقوقي و مستندات قانوني استوار است. نگاهي به راهنماي نشريات علمي _ پژوهشي در ايران نشان مي‌دهد كه تاكنون به اين موضوع و چنين حقي توجه نشده است، در حالي كه در علمي _ پژوهشي غير ايراني، زمان‌بندي ارائه شده در راهنماي پذيرش مقاله‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه اين گروه از نشريات تا حدي چنين حقي را به رسميت شناخته‌اند. در اين مقاله ضمن بيان مباني حقوقي وجود اين حق در حقوق ايران، از طريق مقايسه و مطالعه تطبيقي، وضعيت موجود در نشريات مهم علمي _ پژوهشي در ايران و نيز چند كشور خارجي بررسي شده و با ارائه نمودارها و سنجش‌هاي لازم، علاوه بر آن‌كه وجود اين حق در ايران نيز به اثبات رسيده، پيشنهاد شده كه در نشريات علمي _ پژوهشي ايران نيز در راهنماي پذيرش مقاله‌ها، به اعلام زمان‌بندي مربوط به هريك از مراحل موجود در فرايند پذيرش تا چاپ مقالات، به‌ويژه مرحله داوري توجه شود.

After the author writes the article in the system of scientific-research publications, is it right to know the fate of his article in the process of admission to publication? and if so, this right in Iran's law is based on which legal basis and legal documentation. A look at the guidebook of scientific journals in Iran shows that so far this and such a right have not been addressed, while in non-Iranian scholarly research, the timing provided in the admission guide for papers shows that this group of publications has such a right have been recognized. In this article, while expressing the legal foundations of the existence of this right in Iranian law, through comparison and comparative study, the status of important scientific-research publications in Iran and several foreign countries has been examined and with the will of the necessary diagrams and measurements, in addition to the existence This right has also been proven in Iran. It has also been suggested that the Iranian Journal of Science and Research publishes the timetable for admission to publishing articles, especially the arbitration process.
