مقايسه ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان در كيفيت كاربست روش مربي گري(كوچينگ) در فعاليت هاي آموزشي اعضاي هيئت علمي

Compare the viewpoints of faculty members and students about the quality of the use of coaching method in educational activities of faculty members

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ مقايسه ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان درخصوص كيفيت كاربست روش مربي گري در فعاليت هاي آموزشي اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز انجام يافته است. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به شيوه توصيفي- پيمايشي انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز در سال تحصيلي 97-96 مي باشد كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي، براس اساتيد 257 و براي دانشجويان 361 نفر برآورد و انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات شامل: 1. پرسشنامه 34 سوالي روش مربي گري اساتيد با ضريب پايايي 915/0 و 2. پرسشنامه 33 سوالي روش مربي گري دانشجويان با ضريب پايايي 935/0 است كه روايي پرسشنامه­ها توسط اساتيد گروه تاييد شدند. داده­هاي گردآوري شده با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و تحليل واريانس يك راهه (ANOVA) تجزيه و تحليل شدند. يافته ها: يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه بين ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان تفاوت معناداري در خصوص كيفيت كاربست روش مربي گري وجود دارد. در مولفه شرايط و ويژگي هاي فراگير به ترتيب از ديد اساتيد و دانشجويان با ميانگين و انحراف معيار (9/6±08/33؛ 71/6±87/36) و در مولفه شرايط و ويژگي هاي مربي به ترتيب از ديد اساتيد و دانشجويان با ميانگين و انحراف معيار (34/5±22/25؛ 93/3±83/27) و در مولفه شرايط و الزامات سازماني به ترتيب از ديد اساتيد و دانشجويان با مقدار ميانگين و انحراف معيار (55/4±21/24؛ 05/5±44/30) بين ديدگاه اساتيد و دانشجويان تفاوت وجود دارد. نتيجه گيري: براساس يافته ها مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه اساتيد نسبت به دانشجويان ديدگاه مطلوب تري نسبت به كيفيت كاربست روش مربي از سوي خود دارند.

Introduction: This study was conducted to compare the viewpoints of faculty members and students about the quality of the use of coaching method in educational activities of faculty members of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This study was conducted in a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population included all faculty members and students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 97-96. The sample size was estimated using simple random sampling method, 257 professors and 361 students. Data gathering tools included: 1.The questionnaire of 34 questionnaires was used for teaching professors with a coefficient of reliability of 0.915 and 2. The questionnaire was 33 questions of student coaching method with a reliability coefficient of 0.935. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the faculty members. The collected data were analyzed using independent t-test and one way analysis of variance. Results: Findings show that there is a significant difference between the views of faculty members and students regarding the quality of coaching method. In terms of the components and characteristics of the subject, students and professors had a mean and standard deviation (6.38 ± 6.9, 36.87 ± 6.71), respectively, and in terms of the characteristics and characteristics of the trainer, respectively, from the viewpoint of the professors and Students with mean and standard deviation (25.22 ± 5.34, 27.83 ± 3.93) and in the component of organizational requirements and conditions, were from the viewpoint of faculty members and students with mean and standard deviation (21.24 ± 5.55) 24, 30.44 ± 5.05) There is a difference between the views of the professors and the students. Conclusions: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that faculty members have a more favorable view toward students than their coaching methods.
