موانع به كارگيري خود مراقبتي اورم از ديدگاه پرستاران و دانشجويان دكتري پرستاري: تحليل محتوا

Nurses and PhD student’s Perspective of Barriers Orem self care Application: Content analysis

زمينه و هدف : استفاده از تئوري پرستاري سبب اصلاح كيفيت مراقبت، كاهش هزينه هاي مراقبت پرستاري مي شود. اگرچه مطالعات با رويكرد كمي در مورد به كارگيري مدل خود مراقبتي اورم در بيماري هاي مختلف صورت گرفته؛ اما مطالعات كميّ نمي تواند عمق و پيچيدگي ادراكات و نظرات افراد را در مورد خود مراقبتي بيابند. اين مطالعه با هدف شناسايي موانع به كارگيري مدل خود مراقبتي باعث به كارگيري مداخلات كارا در زمينه ي مراقبت شده و به علاوه ديد وسيعي در زمينه ي آموزش به پرستاران ارايه نمود. روش بررسي: مطالعه ي حاضربا روش كيفي با رويكرد تحليل محتوا انجام شده است. نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند با 4 كارشناس ارشد پرستاري داخلي - جراحي و 4 دانشجوي دكتري پرستاري انجام و داده ها با مصاحبه ي نيمه ساختاريافته تا اشباع آن ها جمع آوري شدند. براي تأييد دقت و صحت داده ها از شيوه هاي پرسش از همكار و چك توسط اعضا استفاده گرديد. داده ها ، نام گذاري داده ها و به دست آوردن كدهاي تحليلي و در نهايت تشخيص تم ها از روش تحليل محتوا استفاده شد. يافته ها: مشاركت كنندگان در اين مطالعه موانع به كارگيري مدل خودمراقبتي را در6 درون مايه ، شامل عوامل مرتبط با مدل، عوامل جسمي ، عوامل اجتماعي ، عوامل رواني ، عوامل آموزشي و عوامل مرتبط با سيستم مراقبتي بيان كردند. نتيجه گيري : تجارب مثبت و منفي در به كارگيري مدل نشان دهنده ي نقش اين عوامل در به كارگيري مدل خود مراقبتي است. موانع موجب عدم به كارگيري خود مراقبتي يا ناقص بودن آن شود. آشنايي بيشتر پرستاران با مدل خود مراقبتي بر عملكرد آن ها در مورد نقش حرفه اي پرستاري به منظور اصلاح وضعيت حاضر پيشنهاد مي شود.

Although many small studies using Orem self care model in various diseases, but these studies cannot find the depth and complexity of perceptions and opinions about the people their care. the aim study was identify models of care make efficient use of interventions in care and a wide view in addition to nursing education offers. Results: Participants in this study the factors affect the use of self care model in the six themes, including "factors related to model," "physical factors", "social factors", "psychological factors", " educational factors"and "factors related to caring system " expressed Conclusion: Positive and negative experiences in applying the model represents the role of self care model is utilization. Barriers cause the lack of care or their application is incomplete. More familiar with their model of care nurses on their performance in the role of professional nursing in order to improve the present situation is recommended.
