بررسي الگوي ساختاري رابطه ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و خلاقيت با ميانجي‌گري رضايت زناشويي، سازش يافتگي اجتماعي و سلامت روان

Investigating the Structural Pattern of Relationship between Personality Characteristics and Creativity by Mediating Role of Marital Satisfaction, Social Adjustment, and Mental Health

زمينه و هدف: خلاقيت ابعاد شناخته شده و ناشناخته بسياري دارد و تاكنون پژوهش‌هاي بسياري درباره عوامل تاثيرگذار بر خلاقيت انجام شده است. مطالعه درباره خلاقيت، به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين ابعاد شناختي شخصيت، بدون توجه به شخصيت و عوامل تاثيرگذار بر آن نابسنده خواهد بود. هدف پژوهش حاضر به بررسي رابطه ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و خلاقيت با ميانجي­ گري رضايت زناشويي، سازش ­يافتگي اجتماعي و سلامت روان مي‌پردازد. روش: روش اين پژوهش توصيفي و از نوع مطالعات همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل تمامي دانش­ آموزان دختر تيزهوش شاغل به تحصيل در مدارس سمپاد استان همدان و مادران آنها بود. حجم نمونه شامل 435 دانش ­آموز از جامعه مذكور بود كه با روش نمونه­ گيري طبقه ­اي نسبي انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه شخصيتي نئو (1981)، پرسشنامه رضامندي زناشويي افروز (1390)، مقياس نگرش خلاقيت عابدي (1383)، فرم كوتاه مقياس بهزيستي روان­ شناختي ريف (1989) و پرسشنامه سازش ­يافتگي اجتماعي دانش ­آموزان سينها و سينگ (1993) بود و براي تحليل داده ­ها از روش معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج تحليل داده­ ها نشان داد كه مدل علّي پژوهش از برازش خوبي برخوردار بوده و در مجموع، تمامي‌مسيرها به غير از مسير روانآزردگي بر رضامندي زناشويي و روانآزردگي بر خلاقيت، داراي ضريب مثبت بودند. نتيجه‌گيري: رضامندي زناشويي، سازش يافتگي اجتماعي، و سلامت روان مي‌توانند نقش واسطه­ اي در رابطه بين ويژگي‌هاي شخصيتي و خلاقيت ايفا كنند.

Background and Purpose: Creativity has many known and unknown dimensions and many researches have, so far, been done on the factors influencing creativity. The study of creativity, as one of the most important cognitive dimensions of the personality, is inadequate without taking into account the personality and the factors influencing it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and creativity by the mediating role of marital satisfaction, social adjustment, and mental health. Method: This research is a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population of the study consisted of all gifted students in Hamadan province and their mothers. The sample size consisted of 435 students selected through stratified sampling method. The data collection tool was NEO personality inventory (1981), satisfaction questionnaire (2011), Abedi's attitude creation scale (2004), short form of Reef psychological well-being (1989), and social adjustment questionnaire for students (Sinha and Singh, 1993). Structural equation method was used for data analysis. Results: The results of the data analysis indicated that the causal model of the research has a good fit and, in sum, all the pathway have positive coefficients except the path of neuroticism on marital satisfaction and neuroticism on creativity Conclusion: Marital satisfaction, social adjustment, and mental health can play a mediating role in the relationship between personality traits and creativity
