استعمار پنهان و گسترش پديده نهيليسم در كشورهاي هدف: مطالعه موردي انگلستان

پس از كهن نظام پادشاهي، شايد آنچه يادآور نام كشور انگلستان باشد، استعمار است. در اينكه نام كشور انگلستان با پديده استعمار در طول تاريخ گره خورده است، ترديدي نيست؛ اما آنچه در دوران كنوني مهم مي‌نمايد، تغيير شيوه استعمار و پديد آمدن اصطلاحي نو به نام پسااستعمار در سياست‌هاي خارجي كشور انگلستان در برابر ديگر كشورهاي هدف است. به زعم نويسنده، كشور انگلستان در مسير استعماري خود از شاخص نوين ايجاد بحران معنا در بافت اقتصادي، اجتماعي، سياسي، فرهنگي و ... جوامع هدف خود استفاده مي‌كند؛ اين بحران معنا در پي خود، نهيليسم خفته در بافت جامعه را بيدار مي‌كند و با آشكارشدن شكافي ژرف ميان خواسته‌ها و داشته‌هاي افراد جامعه، آن‌ها را در شرايط ضعف بيش از حد قرار مي‌دهد؛ در چنين شرايطي، جامعه استعمارزده، بيش از پيش آماده تسليم‌شدن و رساندن بيشترين سود به كشور استعمارگر است. كشور انگلستان اين شيوه را نه از راه آشكار مانند سده‌هاي پيشين، بلكه با نفوذي پنهان و آرام انجام مي‌دهد تا راه براي نيل به اهداف استعماري خود را هميشه هموار نگاه دارد. در اين پژوهش، داده‌ها با روش اسنادي گردآوري شده است؛ روش تحليل داده‌ها روش جامعه‌شناسي تاريخي است و چارچوب نظري پژوهش را نظريه انتقادي مكتب فرانكفورت و انديشه‌هاي پست‌مدرن شكل داده است.

There is no doubt that Britain's name is tied to the phenomenon of colonialism throughout history; But what is important in the current era is the change of colonialism and the emergence of a new term called post-colonialism in foreign policy of the United Kingdom against other target countries. According to the authors, the UK, in its colonial path, uses the modern indicator of the creation of a crisis of meaning in the context of its economic, social, political, cultural, and ... target societies; The crisis of meaning implies the dormant nihilism awakens in the context of society, and reveals a profound gap between the demands of the people of society and places them in extreme weaknesses; In such a situation, the colonized society is more than ready to surrender and bring the most benefit to the colonial country. The United Kingdom does not use this method in a way that is not obvious, as in previous centuries, but with a slow and invisible influence, so that the way to achieve its colonial goals is always smooth. In this research, the data are collected by documentary method; the method of data analysis is the method of historical sociology, and the theoretical framework of the research has shaped the critical theory of the Frankfurt school and postmodern thought.
