شناسايي موانع تسهيم دانش در دانشگاه شاهد با استفاده از تكنيك هاي آماري و تصميم گيري

The identification of the obstacles of knowledge sharing in Shahed university (Text in Persian)

امروزه مديريت دانش يكي از مباحث اصلي و مهم در آموزش عالي محسوب مي شود. تسهيم دانش به عنوان يكي از مهم ترين فرايندهاي اصلي مديريت دانش نقش به سزايي در پيشرفت علمي و ارتقاء سطح علمي دانشگاه ها داشته و از اهميت بسيار زيادي برخوردار است؛ از اين رو طراحي و اجراي فرايندهاي مديريت دانش در دانشگاه ها با موانع جدي روبه روست. در اين مقاله سعي شده است تا باتوجه به اهميت تسهيم دانش در سازمان ها، موانع تسهيم اطلاعات و دانش در دانشگاه شاهد شناسايي شود. اين موانع در قالب عوامل سه گانه فردي، سازماني و فناوري مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كاركنان، اعضاي هيات علمي و دانشجويان اين دانشگاه بوده و در تحليل داده ها از آمار توصيفي استفاده شده است. همچنين وزن و اهميت شاخص ها بااستفاده از روش آنتروپي محاسبه شده و عوامل سه گانه يادشده با لحاظ نمودن اين وزن ها نيز مورد مقايسه قرار گرفته اند. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، عوامل سازماني به عنوان موانع اصلي تسهيم دانش مشخص شده و دانشگاه بايد در گام اول فعاليت هاي بهبود دهنده خود را بر اين دسته از عوامل متمركز كند.

Nowadays، knowledge management is one of the important and main concepts in higher education. Knowledge sharing is one of the most important processes of knowledge management and has a significant role in the progress of scientific level of universities. Designing and the implementation of knowledge management processes face many obstacles in universities. The purpose of this paper is to identify the obstacles of knowledge sharing in Shahed University. These obstacles are investigated in three categories which are defined as individual، organizational and technical obstacles. The statistical population is composed of the staff، professors and the students of this university and descriptive statistics techniques are used to analyze the data. The weights of different factors are calculated using the entropy method and different obstacles are also compared using these weights. According to the results، organizational obstacles are identified as the main factors of knowledge sharing in this university and the managers should focus on this kind of factors to improve the status of knowledge sharing in this university.
