Studying the Effect of Knowledge Sharing and Absorptive Capacity on Innovation Capability (Text in Persian)

اين مقاله به بررسي رابطه ميان تسهيم دانش، توانايي جذب دانش و قابليت نوآوري مي پردازد. با توجه به اهميت دانش و يادگيري در فضاي رقابتي امروزي، ايجاد سازمان ها و كسب وكارهاي دانش محور لازمه موفقيت جهت رسيدن سريع تر به هدف ها است. نوآوري، حوزه اي است كه توجه بسياري از شركت ها در محيط در حال تغيير كنوني را به خود جلب كرده است. دانش، منبع ارزشمندي جهت يادگيري فنون جديد و حل مسائل است. تسهيم دانش مي تواند تبادل و خلق دانش در سازمان را جهت بهبود مزيت هاي رقابتي تشويق كند؛ بدين جهت، دانش در تداوم نوآوري، بسيار كليدي است. مطالعات نشان داده اند كه توانايي جذب دانش شركت تاثير معناداري بر قابليت نوآوري دارد و پايه و اساس مزيت رقابتي شركت، ايجاد امكان استفاده از توانايي جذب دانش جهت بهبود و توسعه توانايي هاي رقابتي شركت است. داده هاي پژوهش از ميان اعضاي شركت هاي مراكز رشد استان گيلان گردآوري شده اند؛ كه جمعاً شامل 298 نمونه از اعضاي شركت ها مي باشد. روش پژوهش، پيماشي بوده و اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه گردآوري و براي سنجش اثرات متغيرها از مدل سازي معادله ساختاري استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهند كه توانايي جذب دانش، عاملي مداخله گر در ميان تسهيم دانش و قابليت نوآوري است و همچنين تسهيم دانش، تاثيري مثبت و معنادار بر توانايي جذب دانش دارد.

This study examines the relationship between Knowledge sharing، absorptive capacity، and innovation capability. Given the importance of knowledge and learning in today's competitive environment، a knowledge-based organization is required to successfully and rapidly achieve its goals.. Knowledge is a valuable source for learning new skills and solves problems. Knowledge sharing can foster knowledge creation in organizations to improve competitive advantages thus a key element in continuous innovativeness. Studies have shown that the absorptive capacity has a significant impact on the firm's innovation capabilities. Also create the possibility to apply absorptive capacity in favor of firm’s competitive capabilities is a basis for competitive advantage. The research data were gathered from Guilan business incubators including 298 samples from members of these companies. The research method was survey type and the information was collected via questionnaire and a model of structural equations was used in order to measure the effects of variables. The results indicate that the absorptive capacity is a intervening factor in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation capability. Furthermore the knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact on the absorptive capacity.
