Assessing Readiness of the Implementation of Knowledge Management System with the Approach of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) (Text in Persian)

امروزه دانش به عنوان سرمايه سازماني تلقي مي شود و مديريت آن اهميت زيادي دارد. مديريت دانش به عنوان يك رويكرد منظم و با برنامه براي مديريت خلق، توزيع و به كارگيري دانش در سازمان براي توانمندتر شدن سازمان در بهبود كيفيت خدمات مي تواند در بسياري از موارد از سردرگمي، تكرار مكرر يك اشتباه و افزايش خسارات و هزينه ها جلوگيري كند. مديريت دانش، ابزاري قدرتمند براي دستيابي به مزيت رقابتي محسوب مي شود و تجربه نشان داده است كاربرد آن در سازمان ها مزاياي فراوان دارد؛ اما مسئله ي مهم قبل از اجراي پروژه مديريت دانش، شناسايي وضعيت سازمان از لحاظ ميزان آمادگي براي اجراي اين پروژه است. پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد وضعيت آمادگي «شركت دامداران» را براي استقرار مديريت دانش، بررسي كند. در اين مقاله ابتدا مدل ارزيابي مديريت دانش سازمان بهره وري آسيايي (APO) توصيف شد؛ سپس ميزان آمادگي سازمان براي استقرار مديريت دانش توسط پرسشنامه و انجام مطالعات ميداني مشخص شد. يافته ها نشان داد، سطح بلوغ مديريت دانش در اين شركت، «سطح واكنش» است؛ يعني ميزان آمادگي سازمان در زمينه مديريت دانش در پايين ترين سطح يعني سطح واكنش قرار دارد. اين بدان معنا است كه سازمان نسبت به اينكه مديريت دانش چيست و در بهبود بهره وري و رقابت پذيري چه اهميتي دارد، آگاه نيست.

Knowledge management is a systematic approach to manage the creation، distribution and use of knowledge in an organization، In order to make the organization more capable of improving the quality of services، which can prevent in many cases the confusion، the frequent repetition of a mistake and to avoid increased damages and cost. Knowledge management is considered as a powerful tool to achieve competitive advantage، Experience has shown that its application in organizations have many advantages، But the issue before the implementation of knowledge management projects is Determine the terms of organizational readiness for project.This study intends to examine the state of readiness of the organization for establishment knowledge management.The assessment Model of Knowledge Management، Asian Productivity Organization (APO) were used in this study.Results showed that knowledge management maturity level in this company is in The lowest level،” response”،it means that the compony are not aware of what the Knowledge Management is،and the importance of that in improving the productivity and competitiveness.
