طراحي الگوي فرايند دانش آفريني در دانشگاه بر اساس رويكرد آميخته

Designing the Process of Knowledge Creation in Universities Based on Mixed Method (Text in Persian)

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحي الگويي براي شناسايي فرايند دانش آفريني در دانشگاه است. روش پژوهش از نوع آميخته اكتشافي است و در بخش كيفي از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با 14 نفر از متخصصان و صاحب نظران فرايند دانش آفريني در دانشگاه شناسايي شد. در بخش كمي در قالب روش پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي و از طريق ابزار پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته نظرها و ديدگاه هاي اعضاي هيئت علمي «دانشگاه تهران» گردآوري شد. درنتيجه تحليل هاي داده هاي بخش كيفي، فرايند دانش آفريني در دانشگاه شامل 8 مرحله به شرح زير شناسايي شد: برانگيختن حس كنجكاوي؛ خلق ايده؛ گردآوري داده و اطلاعات در مورد ايده؛ به اشتراك گذاشتن ايده با ديگران؛ سازمان دهي ايده؛ آزمايش ايده، تحليل نتايج حاصل از آزمايش ايده و نشر و اشاعه. درنهايت نتايج تحليل كمي به منظور برازش الگوي پيشنهادي براي فرايند دانش آفريني در دانشگاه نشان مي دهد كه الگوي شناسايي شده برازش مطلوبي دارد.

The aim of this study was to design a model to identify the process of knowledge creation in the university. The research methodology is mixed method. In qualitative research part and through semi-structured interviews with 14 experts who were selected sampling method، were identified the process of knowledge creation in universities. In quantitative research by using descriptive and analytical method and through questionnaire were collected viewpoints of Tehran University faculty. As a result of the qualitative analysis، the process of knowledge creation includes 8 steps that were identified as follows: "Stimulating the curiosity "، "creating the idea"، "data collecting about idea"،" sharing ideas with others"، "Organizing the idea"، "Testing the idea"، "Analyzing the results of testing ideas"، and "dissemination". The results of quantitative analysis in order to fit the proposed model for the process of knowledge creation in universities shows that: identified Pattern is appropriate and among the process of knowledge creation، stimulating of curiosity and data collecting about idea are the most effective steps of knowledge creation process in university.
