مقايسه نقش ثبات سياسي در الگوي توسعه مالزي و تركيه با الگوي اسلامي- ايراني پيشرفت

Comparison of the role of political stability in the pattern of development of Malaysia and Turkey with the Islamic-Iranian model of progress

كشورهاي ايران، تركيه و مالزي، سه كشور اسلامي هستند كه از لحاظ ويژگي‌هاي داخلي شباهت زيادي با يكديگر دارند؛ هر سه، كشورهاي مسلمان با تنوع قومي و فرهنگي گسترده هستند كه در گذشته در شمار كشورهاي كمتر توسعه‌يافته قرارداشته و تقريباً هم‌زمان باهم، به‌طراحي الگوي پيشرفت پرداختند. جمهوري اسلامي ايران الگوي اسلامي ـ ايراني پيشرفت را طراحي كرد وكشورهاي تركيه و مالزي، مباني اسلامي را با الگوها ونظريه‌هاي نوسازي غربي تركيب كردند. پژوهش حاضر، باروش توصيفي ـ تحليلي به دنبال ارزيابي الگوهاي پيشرفت در سه كشور مذكور، چهارچوب نظري ثبات سياسي در اين كشورها واثرگذاري وعملكرد اين ثبات سياسي در پيشرفت كشور است. مقايسه الگوي پيشرفت در كشورهاي مذكور نشان داد كه در هر سه الگو، مباني اسلام و عمل به اصول اسلامي مورد توجه بوده و اهداف غايي دولت‌ها در توسعه دادن كشور، دستيابي به اهداف انساني مدنظر اسلام، نظير عدالت اجتماعي و زدودن فقر است. به نظر مي‌رسد، كارآمدترين و موفق‌ترين الگوي پيشرفت براي هر كشوري، الگويي باشد كه بر اساس ويژگي‌هاي سياسي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي، ديني و... آن كشور و با نكته‌برداري و الهام‌گيري از تجارب موفق كشورهاي پيشرفته طراحي شود.

The countries of Iran, Turkey and Malaysia are three Islamic countries that are similar in terms of internal characteristics; all three are Muslim countries with a wide variety of ethnic and cultural diversity, which in the past have been tallied in the less developed countries, and almost simultaneously, Design the progress model. The Islamic Republic of Iran has been combined with Western modernization patterns and designs. The present study is an analytical descriptive study to evaluate the development patterns in the three countries. The strategic, strategic and strategic criterion in these countries is the impact and performance of this stability in the development of the country. Comparison of the pattern of progress in these countries showed that in all three models, the principles of Islam and the practice of Islamic principles are considered and the ultimate goal of governments in developing the country is to achieve the human goals of Islam, such as social justice and the elimination of poverty. The most effective and successful model of progress for any country is a model that is designed based on its political, social, cultural, and religious characteristics, with the emphasis and inspiration from the successful experiences of advanced countries.
