بررسي رفتار سياست خارجي حزب حاكم تركيه در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Examine foreign policy behavior of AKP towards the Islamic Republic of Iran

حزب عدالت و توسعه به‌عنوان حزب حاكم تركيه از سال 2002 در رأس قدرت سياسي اين كشور حضوردارد. تحليل سياست خارجي حزب عدالت و توسعه براي شناخت مواضع اين حزب ضروري به‌نظرمي‌­رسد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبيين رفتار سياست خارجي حزب عدالت و توسعه در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران است؛ رويكردهاي هويتي اين حزب، طبق نظريه ونت در چارچوب نظري سازه­انگاري تحليل‌مي‌شود؛ براين‌اساس، پرسش پژوهش عبارت‌است از اينكه «رويكردهاي هويتي مؤثر بر رفتار سياست خارجي حزب عدالت و توسعه در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران چيست؟»؛ اين مقاله با روش توصيفي - تحليلي و با استفاده از اسناد كتابخانه‌­اي رويكردهاي هويتي مؤثر بر مواضع حزب عدالت و توسعه را در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران بررسي‌مي‌كند؛ اين پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، كاربردي محسوب‌مي‌شود. يافته­‌هاي مقاله نشان‌مي‌‌دهند كه رويكرد‌هاي هويتي حزب عدالت و توسعه در تبيين رفتار سياست خارجي اين حزب در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران مي‌­توانند تأثيرگذار باشد. پژوهش حاضر، «اتخاذ سياست‌هاي همكاري‌جويانه» را به‌عنوان رفتار سياست خارجي منتخب در ميان حالت‌هاي بررسي‌شده درخصوص حزب عدالت و توسعه برگزيد.

The Justice and Development Party (AKP), as the ruling party of Turkey, has been at the forefront of political power since 2002. The analysis of the foreign policy of the Justice and Development Party is essential in order to understand the positions of this party. The purpose of this study is to explain the foreign policy of the AKP towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. The party's identity approaches are analyzed according to Went's theory in the theoretical framework of constructivism. Accordingly, the question of this research is that what is the effective identity approach to the foreign policy behavior of the Justice and Development Party towards the Islamic Republic of Iran? This article examines the approaches of identity to the positions of the AKP towards the Islamic Republic of Iran through a descriptive-analytical method and using library documents. This research is considered to be a practical goal. The findings of the paper indicate that the AKP's identity approaches could be influential in explaining the party's foreign policy behavior towards the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study selects the adoption of cooperative policies as the policy of selected foreign policy among the examined states of the AKP.
