چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮوﺻﺪاي ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﻃﻮﻻﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺖ ﺷﻨﻮاﯾﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻧﮕﺮاﻧﯽﻫﺎ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪاي ﺑﺮ روي اﺛﺮات ﺳﺮوﺻﺪا، اﻓﺖ ﺷﻨﻮاﯾﯽ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ در داوﻃﻠﺒﯿﻦ اﺳﺖ. در ﯾﮏ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪاي ﮐﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮوﺻﺪا ﺑﺮ روي ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻗﻠﺒﯽ ﻋﺮوﻗﯽ داﺷﺘﯿﻢ، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ادﯾﻮﻣﺘﺮيﻫﺎي ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ را از اﯾﻦ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار دادﯾﻢ.
روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: در ﯾﮏ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآزﻣﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 100 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺮد ﺟﻮان ﺳﺎﻟﻢ،20 ﺗﺎ 40 ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻋﻼم ﻓﺮاﺧﻮان وارد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. داوﻃﻠﺒﯿﻦ ﺑﻪﻣﺪت 30 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺻﺪاي ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت 90 دﺳﯽﺑﻞ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﯾﮑﺴﺎن از ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داوﻃﻠﺒﺎن ادﯾﻮﻣﺘﺮي ﺑﻌﻤﻞ آﻣﺪ.
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ آﺳﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻨﻮاﯾﯽ (Pure Tone Average ) ﻫﺮ 100 ﻧﻔﺮ داوﻃﻠﺐ در ﮔﻮش راﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 0.72 دﺳﯽ ﺑﻞ و درﮔﻮش ﭼﭗ 0.44 دﺳﯽﺑﻞ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ داﺷﺖ. ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ آﺳﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻨﻮاﯾﯽ ﮔﻮش ﭼﭗ درﻫﺮﮐﺪام از ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺲ ﻫﺎي 500 ،250، 4000 ،3000 و 8000 ﻫﺮﺗﺰ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ و در ﺑﻘﯿﻪ ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺲﻫﺎ در ﮔﻮش راﺳﺖ و ﭼﭗ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ داﺷﺖ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﺎت ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺪت ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت ﻫﺎي ﺣﺪود 90 دﺳﯽ ﺑﻞ در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ اي، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات آﺳﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻨﻮاﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ رخ ﻧﻤﯽ دﻫﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Long term exposure to noise can induce hearing loss. Thus noise induced hearing loss is
one of the main concerns in interventional study on health effect of noise exposure. We analyzed pre
and post exposure audiometeries of volunteers in a clinical trial study that we conducted for effect of
noise exposure on cardiovascular system.
Methods: In a clinical trial study, 100 healthy, 20-40 aged, volunteer men exposed to 90 dB noise for
30 minute. We take pre and post exposure pure tone audiometric test from all of subjects.
Results: Mean of pure tone average among 100 subjects was reduced 0.72 dB in right ear and 0.44 dB
in left ear. Mean of hearing threshold in each of 250, 500, 3000, 4000 and 8000HZ frequencies rise in
left ear and was reduced in all of other frequencies in right and left ear.
Conclusion: Results of our study indicated that short term exposure to 90 dB noise in interventional
studies cannot produce clinically significant hearing loss.
