رابطه سرمايه فكري و مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي با رفتار اخلاقي اعضاي هيأت‌علمي

The Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Social Responsibility and Ethical Behavior among Faculty Members

مقدمه: رفتار اخلاقي از موضوعات مهم تمامي سازمان‌ها و به ‌ويژه دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي است كه مي‌تواند تحت تأثير عوامل متعددي از جمله سرمايه فكري و مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي قرار بگيرد. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي رابطه سرمايه فكري و مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي با رفتار اخلاقي اعضاي هيأت‌علمي انجام شد. روش‌ها: روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود و روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها بررسي پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي اعضاي هيأت‌علمي دانشگاه سيستان و بلوچستان بوده كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي تعداد 183 نفر انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سرمايه فكري (بونتيس، 1998) با ضريب آلفاي 83/0، پرسشنامه مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي (قلاوندي و همكاران، 1393) با ضريب آلفاي 81/0 و پرسشنامه رفتار اخلاقي (سوانسون و هيل، 1993) با ضريب آلفاي 91/0 بود. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از ضريب همبستگي و رگرسيون چندگانه هم‌زمان استفاده شد. نتايج: مقدار ضرايب همبستگي سرمايه فكري و مؤلفه‌هاي آن: سرمايه انساني، سرمايه ساختاري و سرمايه رابطه‌اي با رفتار اخلاقي به ترتيب برابر با 402/0، 297/0، 225/0 و 229/0 بود (01/0p<). نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه سرمايه فكري 17 درصد از واريانس رفتار اخلاقي را تبيين مي‌كند (05/0p<). هم‌چنين مقدار ضرايب همبستگي مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن: اقتصادي، قانوني، اخلاقي و خيرخواهانه با رفتار اخلاقي به ترتيب برابر با 507/0، 291/0، 414/0، 38/0 و 367/0 بود (01/0p<). نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي 9/25 درصد از واريانس رفتار اخلاقي را تبيين مي‌كند(05/0p<). نتيجه‌گيري: با ارتقاي سرمايه فكري و مسؤوليت‌‌پذيري اجتماعي اعضاي هيأت‌علمي مي‌توان انتظار به بود رفتار اخلاقي آنان را داشت.

Introduction: Ethical behavior is an important issue for all organizations, especially universities and higher education institutions that can be influenced by various factors including intellectual capital and social responsibility. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and social responsibility and ethical behavior among faculty members. Methods: This study was a descriptive-correlational research and the data was collected through a survey method. Statistical population comprised all faculty members of University of Sistan and Baluchistan of whom 183 were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were intellectual capital questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha=0.83) (Bontis, 1998), social responsibility questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha=0.81) (Ghalavandi et al, 2014) and ethical behavior questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha=0.91) (Swanson & Hill, 1993). Correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used for data analysis. Results: The values of the correlation coefficients of intellectual capital and its components - human capital, structural capital and communicative capital - with ethical behavior were 0.402, 0.297, 0.225, and 0.229 respectively (p<0.01). Results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that intellectual capital explains 17% of the variance of ethical behavior (p<0.05). The values of the correlation coefficients of social responsibility and its components - economic, lawful, ethical and benevolent - with ethical behavior were 0.507, 0.291, 0.414, 0.38, and 0.367 respectively (p<0.01). Results of the multiple regression analysis revealed that social responsibility explains 25.9% of the variance of ethical behavior (p<0.05).
