مقايسه رضايت تحصيلي و عوامل مؤثر بر افت تحصيلي در دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي و دانشگاه پيام نور

Comparing Academic Satisfaction and the Factors Affecting Academic Deterioration in Students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Payam-e-Noor University

مقدمه: يكي از تأثيرات مهم افت تحصيلي تأثير آن بر رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان است. اين مطالعه با هدف مقايسه عوامل مؤثر بر افت تحصيلي و رضايت تحصيلي در دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي و دانشگاه پيام نور شهر اصفهان انجام شد. روش‌ها: اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي- مقايسه­اي از نوع مقطعي است. واحدهاي پژوهش را 350 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان و 648 نفر از دانشجويان مشغول به تحصيل در واحد‌هاي مختلف دانشگاه پيام نور استان اصفهان در سال 1395 تشكيل ‌دادند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر افت تحصيلي و همچنين پرسشنامه رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان بود. به منظور تحليل اطلاعات از آمار توصيفي، آزمون T مستقل، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون خطي گام به گام استفاده شد. نتايج: در ميان حيطه‌هاي مورد بررسي از ديدگاه دانشجويان علوم پزشكي ميانگين نمره مربوط به حيطه محتواي آموزشي (62/0±11/4) بالاترين رتبه را دارا بود. در دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور به ترتيب حيطه‌هاي محيط آموزش و آموزشگر با 32/0±41/4 و 25/0±02/4 نمره داراي بالاترين بود. مقايسه دو گروه نشان داد اختلاف معناداري بين ديدگاه دانشجويان دو دانشگاه در خصوص حيطه‌هاي محيط آموزشي (13/4=t، 001/0p>) و آموزشگر(33/3=t، 003/0p=) وجود دارد. مقايسه ميانگين و انحراف معيار مؤلفه‌هاي رضايت تحصيلي تنها تفاوت معناداري را بين دو گروه در خصوص رضايت از محيط تحصيل نشان داد (88/1=t، 03/0p=). نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به نتايج مطالعه به نظـر مـي­رسـد كـه بررسـي وضعيت آموزشي دانشجو، توجه به محيط آموزش، آموزشگر و محتواي آموزش بايد در هر دو دانشگاه مد نظر قرار گيرد. ضمن آن كه توجه به اين عوامل مي‌تواند با تأثير مستقيم و غير مستقيم بر رضايت تحصيلي دانشجويان، نقش مهمي در پشبرد اهداف آموزشي در دانشجويان دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي و پيام نور داشته باشد.

Introduction: One of the important impacts of academic deterioration is its effect on students’ academic satisfaction. This study aimed to compare academic satisfaction and the factors affecting academic deterioration among the students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Payam-e-Noor University of Isfahan. Methods: This study was a descriptive, comparative cross-sectional research. Research population consisted of 648 students in different branches of Payam-e-Noor Universities in Isfahan province and 350 students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2016. Data collection tools were a questionnaire for assessing the factors affecting academic deterioration and student academic satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise linear regression. Results: Educational content domain had the highest rank with the mean score of 4±11.62 from the viewpoints of medical sciences students. Among the students of Payam-e-Noor University, educational environment (4.41±0.32) and instructor (4.20±0.25) had the highest mean score respectively. Comparison of the two groups showed that there was a significant difference between the views of the two groups of students on the domains of educational environment (t=4.13, P>0.001) and the instructor (t=3.33, P=0.003). Comparison of the mean scores and standard deviation of academic satisfaction components showed only a significant difference between the two groups regarding satisfaction with the educational environment (t=1.88, P=0.03). Conclusion: According to the results, it seems that both universities should pay attention to the educational status of students, educational environment, instructor and educational content. In addition, attention to these factors can have a direct and indirect effect on students’ academic satisfaction, thus playing an important role in the advancement of educational goals among the students of universities of medical sciences and Payam-e-Noor Universities.
