چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر درصدد تبيين كارايي نظريه ي مجموعه ي امنيتي منطقه اي در تحليل مسائل و پويش هاي امنيتي منطقه ي جنوب آسياست. هدف بررسي و نشان دادن ميزان ظرفيت هاي ذاتي اين نظريه در تبيين پويش هاي امنيتي، الگوهاي دوستي و دشمني، نوع روابط ميان واحدهاي سياسي و فهم مسائل اين منطقه است. از اين رو، سوال اصلي آن است كه ميزان كاركرد نظريه ي مجموعه ي امنيتي در تحليل مسائل و پويش هاي امنيتي جنوب آسيا تا چه اندازه است و چگونه با كاربرد اين نظريه مي توان به فهم پويش هاي امنيتي در اين ناحيه رسيد؟ فرضيه ي تحقيق اين است كه نظريه ي مجموعه ي امنيتي به خاطر نگاه چند بعدي، ضرورت بررسي توامان فهم اجتماعي تحولات، كاركرد بالايي در تحليل مسائل و پويش هاي امنيتي جنوب آسيا دارد. روش پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي و روش جمع آوري داده ها به صورت كتابخانه اي است. يافته هاي پژوهش بيان گر اين مهم است كه نظريه ي مجموعه ي امنيتي به دليل نگاه چند بعدي، ضرورت بررسي توامان فهم اجتماعي تحولات و فهم روابط قدرت، شناخت نوع روابط ميان واحدهاي سياسي موجود در منطقه ي جنوب آسيا را ممكن مي سازد. مولفه ي اساسي در يافته ها درهم تنديدگي حاد هويتي-فرهنگي و از سوي ديگر، وابستگي هاي ژئوپليتك و مادي پايه در اين ناحيه است كه منطق و دقايق اين نظريه ي تحليل و تبيين، اين دو جنبه را توامان فراهم مي آورد. هرچند اين نظريه، نقطه ي پاياني بر نظريه پردازي در زمينه ي امنيت منطقه اي نيست، ولي به علت ويژگي هاي اجتماعي، نوع اقدام سياسي و تنش هاي منطقه اي در جنوب آسيا، مي تواند نظريه اي موثر و كارا تلقي شود.
چكيده لاتين :
This paper seeks to apply the theory of collective local security in analyzing of security
matters, and issues in south of Asia. The goal of the study is showing the level of natural
traits of this theory in clarifying of security issues, hostility and alliance patterns, the
types of relation among political units, and knowing the issues of this area. So the main
question is that how much benefits has this theory in analyzing the security matters,
and issues in south of Asia, and how the knowing of security issues in this area could
be achieved? The hypothesis of this research is that because of multidimensional nature
of this theory, necessity of studying of twin check of social understanding of situations
has a high advantage in analyzing of security matters and issues in south of Asia.
Methodology of the research is descriptive- analytical, and the data was gathered in
library. Findings show this critical matter that because of multidimensional nature of
this theory, necessity of studying of twin check of social understanding of situations,
and knowing the relations of power, has made knowing the types of relations among
present political units in south of Asia possible. Essential factors in the findings, on the
one hand, are close identical, and cultural relation, on the other hand, is basic material,
and the geopolitical dependence in this area provides both the logics and exactness of
this theory. Although this theory is not the end of theorizing for this area, it would be an
effective theory because of social traits, types of political actions, and local tensions.
