نسبت سنجي الگوي حكمراني خوب و مردم سالاري ديني

Measuring the Relationship between Good Governance and Religious Democracy: Emphasizing the Indicators of Rule of Law, Participation and Accountability

از جمله رويكردهاي نوين به توسعه، الگوي حكمراني خوب است كه زمينه ساز توسعه اي مردم‌سالارانه است. از ويژگيهاي اصلي اين الگو ميتوان به «پاسخگويي دولت به شهروندان»، «حاكميت قانون»، «مردمسالاري»، «مشاركت»، «حق انتخاب» و... اشاره داشت. در اين الگو صاحبان اصلي قدرت، مردم هستند. كشورهاي مختلف دنيا در تلاش هستند تا با عمل به اين اصول، كارايي و توان ساختار سياسي خويش را ارتقا دهند؛ جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز از اين قاعده مستثنا نيست. هماهنگي فراوان اصول حكمراني خوب با ارزشهاي ديني و ملي در ايران زمينه را براي پياده‌سازي اين الگو در ايران فراهم مي‌كند. لذا در اين مقاله در تلاش هستيم تا به نسبت سنجي الگوي حكمراني خوب و مردمسالاري ديني اقدام نماييم. پرسش اصلي اين پژوهش بيان ميدارد «چه رابطه اي بين حكمراني خوب با تقويت مردم‌سالاري ديني در ايران وجود دارد؟». فرضيه اصلي اين مقاله بيان ميدارد «بين حكمراني خوب و تقويت مردم سالاري ديني در ايران، رابطه مستقيمي وجود دارد». اين مقاله ميكوشد با روش تجزيه‌وتحليل كيفي و با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي- اسنادي نشان دهد كه حكمراني خوب به‌عنوان الگويي براي كشورهاي درحال‌توسعه، بستر مناسبي براي تقويت مردم سالاري ديني در ايران است. توضيح اينكه در اين مقاله صرفاً شاخص هاي حاكميت قانون، پاسخگويي و مشاركت مورد بررسي قرار ميگيرد.

One of the new approaches to development is a good governance model that provides the basis for a democratic development. The main features of this model can be "government accountability to citizens", "rule of law", "democracy", "participation", and " right to choose", and so on. In this model, the supreme power belongs to the people. Different countries in the world are trying to improve their political structure by promoting these principles and the Islamic Republic of Iran is not an exception to this rule. The great harmony between the principles of good governance and religious values in Iran provides a framework for implementing this pattern in Iran. Therefore, in this article we are trying to Measuring the relationship between good governance and religious democracy. The main question of this research is that "what is the relationship between good governance and the strengthening of religious democracy in Iran?" The main hypothesis of this article is that "there is a direct relationship between good governance and the strengthening of religious democracy in Iran." This Article seeks to demonstrate that good governance as a model for developing countries is a suitable platform for strengthening religious democracy in Iran through a qualitative analysis method and using documentary library resources. It should be noted that in this article merely indicators of rule of law, accountability, and participation are examined.
