نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران به‌ منظور بهره‌ مندي از فرصت‌ هاي محيطي، واكنش در مقابل تغييرات محيطي و ايجاد هم‌ افزايي مي‌بايست به سمت هوشمندسازي حركت نمايند تا منجر به تقويت نظام جمهوري اسلامي گردند. عنوان تحقيق حاضر، تدوين الگوي نيروهاي مسلح هوشمند مبتني‌بر ديدگاه‌هاي حضرت امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) است. پرسش اصلي تحقيق اين است كه الگوي نيروهاي مسلح هوشمند مبتني‌ بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) چگونه است؟ نوع تحقيق كاربردي و توسعه‌اي بوده، ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها در بخش اسنادي فيش‌برداري از فرمايشات و بيانات حضرت امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله‌العالي) از سال 1367 تا 1397/01/01 بوده و در بخش ميداني، پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته مي‌باشد. جهت استخراج داده‌ها از روش نظرية مبنايي و تحليل محتوا و جهت اعتبارسنجي و تأييد مؤلفه‌ ها و شاخص‌ها از نظر خبرگان استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج اين تحقيق، تعداد 1652 مفهوم استخراج و از كنارهم قرارگرفتن آن‌ها، تعداد 101 مؤلفه احصاء كه در 6 دستة علّي، محوري، مداخله‌اي، محيطي، پيامدي و راهبردي دسته‌بندي گرديدند كه در نهايت الگوي نيروهاي مسلح هوشمند مبتني‌بر ديدگاه‌هاي حضرت امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) ارائه گرديد.

The armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran should move towards intelligence in order to benefit from environmental opportunities, respond to environmental changes and create synergies in order to strengthen the Islamic Republic of Iran. The title of this research is developing an intelligent armed forces pattern based on the views of Imam Khamenei (His Majesty). The main question of the research is: How is the pattern of intelligent armed forces based on the views of the Supreme Leader (His Majesty)? This research is an applied and developmental study and the tool for collecting data in the documentary section was depicting the speeches and statements of Imam Khamenei (His Majesty) from 1367 to 1397/01/01 and in the field section, a researcher-made questionnaire has been developed. For data extraction, the grounded theory and content analysis methods have been used for confirming and validating components and indicators from experts' viewpoints. Based on the results of this research, 1652 concepts were extracted and compared together, and 101 items were categorized into 6 groups of Casual, Axial, Interventive, Environmental, Consequential and Strategic, which ultimately were based on the pattern of intelligent armed forces based on Imam Khomeini's views ( His Majesty).
