پيامدهاي استاني شدن حوزه‌هاي انتخابيه مجلس شوراي اسلامي ايران (با استفاده ازنظريه داده بنياد)

The consequences of provincialization of electoral constituency of the Parliament of Islamic republic of Iran (By using of Grounded theory)

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي پيامدهاي استاني شدن انتخابات مجلس شوراي اسلامي است. روش پژوهش مبتني بر نظريه داده بنياد است. هفتاد مصاحبه‌ انجام‌شده نمايندگان مجلس، مقامات اجرايي و متخصصان دانشگاهي با رسانه‌ها و اسناد و گزارش­هاي مرتبط با استاني شدن انتخابات مجلس در سه مرحله كدگذاري باز، كد گذاري محوري و كد گذاري انتخابي، تحليل شده­اند. روش نمونه گيري، نمونه گيري نظري است و همه مصاحبه‌ها براي دستيابي به اشباع تئوريك وارد تحليل شده­اند. بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش، پيامدهاي استاني شدن انتخابات مجلس در پنج مقوله سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، سازماني تشكيلاتي و حقوقي قانوني دسته بندي شده است. رابطه بين اين مقولات تبيين شده و نتايج پژوهش با پژوهش­هاي قبلي مورد مقايسه قرار گرفته است.

This research aims to study the consequences of provincialization of electoral constituency of the Parliament of Islamic republic of Iran. The method used in the current research was based on the Grounded theory. The 70 interviews of parliament’s member, political activists, executives, university specialists, and some related documents have analyzed in three coding steps: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Sampling method is theoretical sampling and all interviews have been analyzed to achieve theoretical saturation. The research findings suggest that the consequences of provincialization of electoral constituency of the Parliament are categorized in five themes, political, economic, social, organizational and legal consequences. The relationship between these categories is explained and the results of the research are compared with previous studies
