چكيده فارسي :
روحاني بعد از به قدرت رسيدن در سال 1392 تنش‌زدايي در سياست خارجي به‌خصوص در ارتباط با آمريكا را سرلوحۀ امور خود قرار داد. از ديدگاه روحاني، با توجه به نياز كشور به سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي براي حل مشكلات اقتصادي از يك طرف و تسلط ايالات متحدۀ آمريكا بر شركت‌ها و نهادهاي اقتصادي جهان از طرف ديگر ضرورت دارد كه سياست خارجي ايران به‌سمت تنش‌زدايي با آمريكا سوق داده شود. مركز ثقل و كانون اصلي تنش‌زدايي با كشورهاي غربي به‌خصوص ايالات متحدۀ آمريكا، مهم‌ترين برنامۀ راهبردي روحاني تلقي شد. پرسشي كه اين پژوهش درصدد پاسخ به آن است چنين است: سياست تنش‌زدايي روحاني در قبال آمريكا با چه فرصت‌ها و موانعي مواجه است؟ فرضيۀ اين تحقيق كه با متدولوژي تحليلي و تبييني و با استفاده از كتاب‌ها و مقالات مستخرج از فصلنامه‌ها و منابع اينترنتي نگاشته شده اين است: هدف روحاني از اتخاذ سياست تنش‌زدايي ارتقاي امنيت، توسعه و عادي‌سازي سياست خارجي ايران است؛ اما اين سياست با به قدرت رسيدن ترامپ، تغيير نخبگان اجرايي در آمريكا، اتخاذ سياست خصمانۀ اين كشور در قبال جمهوري اسلامي ايران و تشديد فعاليت مخالفين تنش‌زدايي در سطوح فروملي، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي با چالش اساسي مواجه شده است.

After to acquiring power in 2013 emphasis "Détente Policy" with the United States of America of his foreign policy. Form Rouhani view is necessary Iran's foreign policy toward detente with America lead because the country's need for foreign investment to solve economic problems and dominate America (as a global hegemony) companies and global economic institutions. Détente was considered the most important Rouhani strategic plan as the center and focus of Western countries, especially the United States of America. This paper attempts to examine Rouhani's foreign policy of the causes opponents and Advocates in the level infra-regional and international toward US. This is the question this article: Iran's policy of detente toward America is facing what opportunities and obstacles?The hypothesis is as follows: Rouhani's détente with America solve the nuclear issue, sanctions, enhance the prestige and improve Iran's image in the international system but this policy has been challenged because of distrust between political elites of the two countries and the different actors of conflicts of interest by establishing relations between Iran and America
