تبيين جايگاه علويان سوريه در سناريوهاي پس از بحران

Explaining the position of Syrian Alvis in post-crisis scenarios

شكل ­گيري انقلاب­هاي مردمي و تحولات سياسي در جهان عرب كه كشورهاي مختلف شمال آفريقا و خاورميانه را در بر­گرفته، در حال دگرگوني معادلات سياسي، امنيتي و ساختار قدرت و موازنه قوا در منطقه خاورميانه است. رسيدن موج رستاخيز عربي به سوريه و شروع اعتراضات داخلي و گسترش بحران، اين كشور را صحنه­اي براي مبارزه گروه­هاي متعدد نظامي با يكديگر و دولت علوي، يكه تازي گروه­هاي شبه نظامي خارجي مانند داعش،دخالت مستقيم و غير مستقيم قدرت­هاي منطقه­اي و رويارويي قدرت­هاي جهاني مبدل ساخته است. مجموعه عوامل موثر بر تشديد بحران سوريه و تداوم آن به بيش از هفت سال، ترسيم فضاي آينده اين كشور را با ابهام روبرو ساخته است. مقاله حاضر با طرح اين سوال كه؛شيعيان علوي در سناريوهاي مطرح براي آينده سوريه از چه جايگاهي برخوردارند؟ سعي دارد با روش توصيفي-تحليلي و با بهره­مندي از مطالعات كتابخانه­اي به تبيين جايگاه علويان در سناريوهاي احتمالي براي آينده سوريه بپردازد. در اين راستا فرضيه­اي تحت عنوان؛ در صورت بركناري دولت بشاراسد، نقش شيعيان علوي در صحنه قدرت سياسي سوريه كمرنگ خواهد شد، مطرح گرديد. مطالعات صورت گرفته بيانگر اين واقعيت است كه با توجه به شرايط قومي و مذهبي حاكم بر سوريه و قرار گرفتن حكومت بشاراسد در محور مقاومت و ارتباط تنگاتنگ با ايران شيعي، هرگونه تغيير و تحول سياسي در سوريه و تضعيف موقعيت حكومت علوي بشاراسد، از قدرت و نفوذ علويان كاسته خواهد شد و با خارج شدن سوريه از محور مقاومت، علويان سوريه در انزوا قرار خواهند گرفت

The formation of popular revolutions and political developments in the Arab world, which include various countries of North Africa and the Middle East,is changing the political equations, security, power structures and balance of power in the Middle East region. The arrival of the Arabian resurrection to Syria and the onset of domestic protests and the spread of the crisis have made this country a battleground for multiple military groups with each other and the Alawite government. It also has made the country a scene for the ravage of paramilitary groups such as ISIL, the direct and indirect involvement of regional powers and the confrontation of global powers. The set of factors affecting the escalation of the Syrian crisis and its continuation to more than seven years has made the future of the country uncertain. By dealing with the question:What is the position of the Alawite Shiites in the scenarios for the future of Syria? this paper attempts to explain the position of the Alevis in possible scenarios for the future of Syria using a descriptive-analytical method and with the benefit of library studies. In this regard, a hypothesis entitled: In case of the removal of the Assad regime, the role of Alawite Shiites in the Syrian political power scene will be dimmed, was introduced. Studies have shown that, given the tribal and religious conditions governing Syria and the reign of Bashar al-Assad in the centerpiece of resistance and close ties with Shiite Iran, any political transformation in Syria and the weakening of the position of the Alawite regime of Bashar al-Assad will diminish the power and influence of the Alawites.Consequently, with the withdrawal of Syria from the axis of resistance,the Syrian Alevis will be in isolation.
