چكيده فارسي :
نظم بينالملل روابط بين قدرتها و بازيگران عرصه جهاني را با قواعد و الگوهايي هدايت و ساماندهي نموده و يكي از مهمترين مقولههاي روابط بينالملل بعد از جنگ جهاني دوم و جنگ سرد بوده كه به‌شدت تحت تأثير سياستهاي حاكم بر دولتهاي ايالاتمتحده آمريكا قرار داشته و در همين راستا اين پژوهش خصوصيات رهيافت سياسي دونالدترامپ رئيسجمهور ايالاتمتحده و تأثير آن بر نظم بينالملل را از سال 2016 تا 2018م موردبررسي قرار داده است. روش پژوهش از نوع كيفي و رويكرد توصيفي_تحليلي ميباشد، همچنين گردآوري منابع به‌صورت كتابخانهاي صورت گرفته است. سؤال پژوهش حاضر اين است كه چگونه پوپوليسم در نظام سياسي ايالاتمتحده آمريكا نظم بينالملل را در ابعاد سياسي-امنيتي، اقتصادي، تجاري و حقوق بشر تضعيف كرده است؟ به نظر ميرسد كه روي كار آمدن ترامپ نظم بينالمللي را كه دولتهاي ايالاتمتحده آمريكا طي هفت دهه مستقر كرده بودند، زيرورو ميكند. نتايج تحقيق درباره خصوصيات راهبرد ترامپ نشان داد كه رويكرد او شامل دودسته خصوصيات شكلي و معرفتي است. در بخش خصوصيات شكلي، استفاده از ادبيات ساده، زبان تحقيرآميز، مغلطه زباني، توصيف اغراقآميز، ذهنيت هميشه برنده، ذهنيت ما در مقابل آنها در رويكرد سياسي ترامپ وجود داشت. خصوصيات معرفتي رويكرد او شامل عقلانيت مردم، بازگشت شكوه به آمريكا، شكلدهي هويت كاريزماتيك، ضديّت با نخبگان و روايت تهديدآميز عليه زنان بود. مجموعه اين خصوصيات نشان داد كه ترامپ يك سياستمدار پوپوليست ناسيوناليست ميباشد كه دكترين «خروج از نهادهاي بينالمللي» را در دستور كار قرار داده و از اين طريق مهمترين نهادهاي جامعه جهاني را دچار اختلال نموده است.
چكيده لاتين :
The international order guides and organized the relationships between powers and actors in the world with specific rules and patterns and is one of the most important issues of international relations since the Second World War and the Cold War, strongly influenced by the policies governing the governments in United States of America. This study examines the characteristics of the US President-elect Donald Tramp's political approach and its impact on international order from 2016 to 2018. The research method is qualitative and descriptive-analytical approach, and library collection has been done. The present research question is how populism in the United States political system has undermined international order in terms of political, security, economic, commercial and human rights? The emergence of the tramp seems to have changed the international order that the US states have deployed over the course of seven decades.
The results of the research on the characteristics of the Trump strategy revealed that his approach consists of two categories of epistemic characterization. In the form of specification, the use of basic literature (simple words), humiliation, language deviation, extreme interpretations, ‘always winning’ mindset, ‘we against them’ mindset, was present in the Tramp's political approach. The epistemic characteristics of his approach included the human's rationality, bringing back glory to America, and adoption of a charismatic identity, Trump, Anti-elitism, and threatening narratives against women. The collection of these features showed that Tramp is a nationalist populist politician who has put the doctrine of "leaving international institutions" on the agenda, thereby disturbing the most important institutions of the international community.
