يك دهه مطالعات پژوهشگران جمهوري اسلامي ايران در حوزه سرطان و مقايسه آن با كشورهاي منطقه و جهان (2006-2015)

Scientific Output and Production of Islamic Republic of Iran Researchers in the field of Cancer and Compare with Regional and World Countries (2006-2015)

مقدمه: بررسي توليدات علمي، ابزار مناسبي براي سياستگذاري و برنامهريزي صحيح و شناخت وضعيت گذشته را فراهم آورده و موجب هدفداركردن حركات علمي و تعيين اولويتهاي پژوهشي و شناسايي نقاط ضعف و كمبودهاي موجود ميشود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزيابي كمي و كيفي مقالات و مدارك علمي پژوهشگران ايراني در حوزه سرطان صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به روش پيمايشي-توصيفي (مقطعي) و با استفاده از ابزارهاي علم سنجي صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماري مطالعه حاضر را 9289 مقاله و مدرك علمي پژوهشگران كشورمان در حوزه سرطان تشكيل ميدهند كه طي سالهاي 2006-2015 در مجلات متعلق به پايگاه اطلاعاتي اسكوپوس منتشر و نمايه شدهاند. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از نرمافزارهاي SPSS، NodeXL و VOSviewer استفاده شده است. يافتهها: يافتهها نشان داد كه توليدات علمي پژوهشگران ايراني در حوزه سرطان طي يك دهه اخير از رشدي ساليانه 25 درصدي برخوردار بوده است. همچنين ضريب همكاري علمي بينالمللي مقالات و مدارك علمي حوزه سرطان 3/19 درصد بوده است. دانشگاههاي علوم پزشكي تيپ برتر از مهمترين مراكز توليد كننده مدارك علمي و پژوهشگران كشورهاي صنعتي و توسعهيافته جهان از مهمترين شركاي متخصصان ايراني در توليد علم مشترك بودهاند. همچنين تحقيقات و مطالعات صورت گرفته در برخي حوزههاي علم سرطان از قبيل سرطان صفرا، رحم و كودكان در سطح قابل قبولي قرار نداشته است. بحث و نتيجهگيري: هر چند به لحاظ كمي توليدات علمي پژوهشگران ايراني طي سالهاي اخير رشد نسبتاً قابل قبولي داشته ولي به لحاظ كيفي اين مقالات در مجلات معتبر و با كيفيت بالا منتشر نشدهاند. حمايت وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي و دانشگاههاي علوم پزشكي وابسته به آن از محققان و متخصصان پزشكي، افزايش تعاملات و ارتباطات علمي پژوهشگران ايراني با همكاران خارجيشان، افزايش بودجههاي مربوط به تحقيق و پژوهش، فراهم نمودن امكانات آزمايشگاهي و برگزاري دورههاي آموزشي شيوههاي نگارش مقالات علمي جهت افزايش سطح كمي و كيفي مقالات علمي، لازم و ضروري بنظر ميرسد.

Introduction: Scientific production investigation is a suitable facility to making policy and tacking decision and will provide recognizing of Past situation and also can be effective on aim of scientific movement, Determine Research Priorities and identify Available weaknesses. This study aimed to quality and quantity evaluation of scientific production among Iranian Researchers in the Field of Cancer. Materials and Methods: This is Survey-descriptive study (sectional) and use Scientometrics approach. Statistical populations include 9289 articles and documents in the field of Cancer which published in Scopes’ Scientific Journal during 2006-2015. To Analysis data and draw graphs we use SPSS, NodeXL and VOSviewer. Findings: Findings show that Iranian Scientific production increased during the period of study and the rate of growing was 25% every year. Also ratio of international scientific collaboration in the field of cancer was 19.3%. Superior Medical Universities founded as the most important Producer center and Developed and Industrials countries founded as the most important co-worker in publishing scientific outputs. Also measure of scientific production in some categories like Bone, Uterus and Child Cancer were not in the good level. Conclusion: Although Iranian production in the recent years had a great growth, but articles published in not good valid and quality Journals. Support of Ministry of Health and Medical Education and their Medical Universities to Researches, increasing the rate of Iranian scientific Researchers’ interaction and collaboration with their co-worker in other countries, growth of budget and financial supporting related to research, Providing laboratory facilities and Training courses related to Methods of writing scientific articles could be useful and effect on quality and quantity of Scientific Production increasing.
