مولفه هاي رفتار سياسي امام خميني(ره) در جذب افراد بر اساس ديدگاه آلفرد آدلر

The Components of Imam Khomeinei,s Political Behavior in Obsertion of People in the Islamic Revolution (Text in Persian)

انقلاب و تحولات اجتماعي همواره در جوامع بشري حادث شده است. انسان براي تغيير وضع تا رسيدن وضع مطلوب همواره در تلاش و كوشش بوده است. هر انسان براي رسيدن به كمال نيازمند محيط اجتماعي مطلوب و متكي بر قوانين الهي بوده است. كمال جويي وخدا جويي فطري فرد پايه و اساس همه حركات و انقلاب ها بوده است. هدف اصلي مقاله حاضر، مولفه هاي رفتار سياسي امام خميني(ره) در جذب افراد در فرآيند انقلاب اسلامي است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي و مبتني بر اسنادي، كتابخانه اي وهمچنين از طريق جستجو در اينترنت، به بررسي مولفه ها(شاخص ها) ي رفتار سياسي امام خميني(ره) با استفاده از ديدگاه آلفرد آدلر بپردازد. بدين سان ديدگاه آلفرد آدلر در باره مولفه ها (شاخص ها)ي رفتار سياسي امام خميني(ره) مطرح و سپس سعي شده است به مصاديقي از رفتار امام خميني(ره) استناد داده شود، مولفه هاي رفتار سياسي آدلر، نحوه تعامل، خود خلاق بودن، سبك زندگي، آينده نگري با ويژگي حضرت امام خميني(ره) تطبيق داده شده و مشخص گرديده كه تعامل امام با علما و نخبگان ذاتاً فرد جذابي بود و در بًعد خلاقيت، بر پيوند حوزه و دانشگاه تاكيد داشت. در بُعد سبك زندگي،همواره ساده زيستي را سر لوحه زندگي خود قرار دادند. دربُعد آينده نگري همواره يكي از موارد آن را بر اصل انسان ساز دانستن دانشگاه تاكيد داشتند، كه در نهايت، مولفه هاي رفتاري حضرت امام نقش موثري در جذب افراد در فرآيند انقلاب اسلامي داشته است.

Revolution and social change have always existed in human societies. Human beings have always been trying to change their status until reaching tothe desired state. Every human being needs a favorable social environment based on divine laws to achieve perfection. The main objective of this paper is to examine the components of political behavior of Imam Khomeini in attracting people in the process of the Islamic Revolution. The research method is qualitative and of a kind of documentary analysis.This research also examines the components of Imam Khomeini's political behavior through the Internet search. Therefore، Alfred Adler's of point view on the components of political behavior of Imam- Khomeini have been raised and then we tried to cite some examples of Imam Khomeini's behavior. the components s' Adler political of behavior ie mode interaction، self- creativity، lifestyle، futuristic، have adapted to the character of Imam Khomeini .Imam was inherently for attractive the ulama and the elites، and emphasized on the link between the university .and howzaIn the dimension of lifestyle، he always beleived insimple life pleof life leas a most impotant princi. In the future dimension istic، the emphasis was on theas an organisation universities of educating humans .As a result، Imam's behavioral components played an important role in attracting people into the process of the Islamic Revolution. Therefore، the way of interaction، the creative ity، the lifestyle، the future istc dimension of Imam Khomeini can be an ideal model for all. This will be the same effect and atteract of Imam Khomeini during his political and social life.
