در پژوهش حاضر، تلاش شده است، با بهره گيري از تكنيك يا الگوي «رديابي فرايند» و به شيوه بررسي تاريخي، روند مخالفت آيت الله خميني با حكومت پهلوي، در چارچوب قانون اساسي مشروطه و متمم آن، طي سالهاي دهه 1340 و پس از آن، مورد ارزيابي توصيفي- تحليلي قرار گيرد. مسئله مورد بررسي، رديابي فرايندي است كه به تحولي بنيادين در نگرش آيت الله خميني نسبت به قانون اساسي مشروطه و مشروعيت زدايي قطعي از حكومت پهلوي انجاميد. در چارچوب پرسش هاي اصلي و فرعي، مدعاي پژوهش، جايگاه قانون اساسي مشروطه و متمم آن را، در مقاطع مختلف، در نزد آيت الله خميني تبيين كرده و به دلايلي خواهد پرداخت كه، تحولي بنيادين در نگرش ايشان نسبت به نظام مشروطه و ضرورت از ميان برداشتن حكومت پهلوي، ايجاد نمود. مسئله مورد بررسي، رديابي فرايندي است كه به تحولي بنيادين در نگرش آيت الله خميني نسبت به قانون اساسي مشروطه و مشروعيت زدايي قطعي از حكومت پهلوي انجاميد. در چارچوب پرسش هاي اصلي و فرعي، مدعاي پژوهش، جايگاه قانون اساسي مشروطه و متمم آن را، در مقاطع مختلف، در نزد آيت الله خميني تبيين كرده و به دلايلي خواهد پرداخت كه، تحولي بنيادين در نگرش ايشان نسبت به نظام مشروطه و ضرورت از ميان برداشتن حكومت پهلوي، ايجاد نمود. در چارچوب پرسش هاي اصلي و فرعي، مدعاي پژوهش، جايگاه قانون اساسي مشروطه و متمم آن را، در مقاطع مختلف، در نزد آيت الله خميني تبيين كرده و به دلايلي خواهد پرداخت كه، تحولي بنيادين در نگرش ايشان نسبت به نظام مشروطه و ضرورت از ميان برداشتن حكومت پهلوي، ايجاد نمود.
