چكيده فارسي :
جمهوري اسلامي ايران داراي منابع سرشار قدرت نرم در ابعاد داخلي و خارجي مي باشد و همين موضوع بسترساز ارتقاء منزلت و توانمندي ملي ايران در عرصه جهاني شده است. يكي از مسائلي كه در خصوص قدرت ملي ايران حائز اهميت مي باشد، شناسايي و استخراج ظرفيت ها و منابع قدرت نرم مي باشد كه با توجه به دامنه گسترده منابع قدرت ايران، بررسي دقيق آنها امري بايسته و ضروري مي باشد. در اين ميان، اسناد فرادستي و سياست هاي كلي نظام جمهوري اسلامي ايران يكي از پتانسيل هاي مناسب استخراج منابع قدرت نرم مي باشند و به همين دليل، مقاله حاضر مترصد است منابع قدرت نرم را از منظر سياست هاي كلي علم و فناوري مورد بررسي قرار دهد. لاجرم، نگارندگان مترصد هستند با بهره گيري از روش تحليل محتواي كمي و «الگوي چهار وجهي منابع قدرت نرم» به اين سوال اصلي پاسخ دهد كه؛ منابع قدرت نرم جمهوري اسلامي ايران در سياست هاي كلي علم و فناوري كدامند و شامل چه مولفه هايي مي شوند؟ يافته هاي مقاله نشان مي دهند كه منابع سياسي، فرهنگي، علمي و اقتصادي قدرت نرم در سياست هاي كلي علم و فناوري وجود دارند و از مهترين منابع قدرت نرم در سند مزبور مي توان به؛ ارتقاء منزلت بين المللي، گسترش همكاري سازنده بين المللي، الهام بخشي، اقتصاد دانش بنيان، تجاري سازي علم و فناوري، تربيت صحيح، مباني انقلاب اسلامي و جمهوري اسلامي ايران، معارف ديني و اخلاقي، مرجعيت علمي، دست يابي به فناوري هاي پيشرفته، رشد توليدات علمي، مديريت دانش اشاره كرد.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has a wealth of soft power resources in both internal and external dimensions, and this issue has been a major contributor to the promotion of the status and national capabilities of Iran in the international arena. One of the important issues regarding Iran's national power is identifying and extracting the capacities and sources of soft power. Due to the wide range of Iranian power resources, it is necessary and proper to study them. Meanwhile, the general documents and general policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran are one of the most suitable sources of soft power extraction. Therefore, the present paper seeks to explore soft power sources in terms of general science and technology policies. . In this regard, the authors intend to answer the main question using the quantitative content analysis method and the "quadruple pattern of soft power sources"; what are the components of the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in general science and technology policies?
