واكاوي مفهوم حقوق بشر در نوانديشي ديني معاصر؛ بررسي تطبيقي انديشه امام خميني و ابوالاعلي مودودي

Examination of Human Rights Concept in Contemporary Religious New Thought; Contrastive Discussing of Imam Khomeini and Abul Ala Maududi Thoughts (Text in Persian)

امروزه مباحث مربوط به حقوق بشر، نه تنها يكي از موضوعات بسيار مهم در جوامع علمي دنيا به شمار مي رود، بلكه اهميت فراواني در جوامع بشري به لحاظ فرهنگي، اجتماعي، حقوقي، اخلاقي و مخصوصا سياسي دارد. با توجه به جامعيت دين اسلام در تدوين قواعد زندگي انسان، به مولفه حقوق بشر به عنوان يك اصل مهم توجه شده است. جريان نوانديشي ديني در جهان اسلام، توجه ويژه اي به ارائه قرائت جديد از اسلام مبتني بر مقتضيات امروزي جوامع اسلامي هم در حوزه تشيع و هم تسنن دارد. از جمله متفكرين اين جريان، امام خميني و ابوالعلي مودودي هستند كه به مساله حقوق بشر در آثار خود پرداخته-اند. مساله نوشتار حاضر واكاوي مباني و مصاديق حقوق بشر در انديشه اين دو متفكر مي باشد. علي رغم تعلق اين دو انديشمند به دو جريان متفاوت اسلام گرايي يعني شيعه و اهل سنت، صورت بندي نظرياتشان در باب حقوق بشر، در برخي موارد هم چون آزادي، كرامت انساني، حقوق بشر، عدالت و... همسو مي-باشد؛ هرچند توجه به زنان و كرامت آنان به عنوان يكي از مصاديق حقوق بشر، تنها در انديشه امام خميني مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مساله نوشتار حاضر واكاوي مباني و مصاديق حقوق بشر در انديشه اين دو متفكر مي باشد. علي رغم تعلق اين دو انديشمند به دو جريان متفاوت اسلام گرايي يعني شيعه و اهل سنت، صورت بندي نظرياتشان در باب حقوق بشر، در برخي موارد هم چون آزادي، كرامت انساني، حقوق بشر، عدالت و... همسو مي-باشد؛ هرچند توجه به زنان و كرامت آنان به عنوان يكي از مصاديق حقوق بشر، تنها در انديشه امام خميني مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.

Nowadays issues related to human rights are not only considered the most important problems in the scientific communities of the world، but also they have great importance in human communities in cultural، social، legal، ethical and particularly political terms. Regarding Islam Religion universality in formulating rules of human life، human rights have been considered as an important principle. The trend of religious new thought in Islamic World has special attention to presenting new reading of Islam based on contemporary requirements of Islamic Communities both shia and sunni. Imam Khomeini and Abul A'la Maududi are among the thinkers of this trend discussing human being rights in their works. The problem in this paper is examination of basics and examples of humn rights in thoughts of these two thinkers. Despite that the thinkers belong to two different trends of Ismalism i.e. shia and sunni، formulation of their theories on human rights in some cases like freedom، human dignity، human rights، equity and … is the same; though considering women and their dignity as one example of human rights، has been only considered in Imam Khomeini’s thought.
