تبيين و طراحي مدل عوامل موثر بر توليد دانش در يك پژوهشكده دانشگاه علوم پزشكي نظامي به روش تحليل عاملي تائيدي

Investigating and Designing a Model for Influencing Factors in the Production of Knowledge in an Institute of Military Medical University: A Confirmatory Factor Analysis

زمينه و هدف: در عصر حاضر توليد دانش يكي از مهم ترين منابع امتياز رقابتي براي فرد و سازمان است. كيفيت خدمات بهداشتي و سلامتي و ارتقائ سطح سلامت نيز به شدت وابسته به توليدات علم در اين زمينه مي باشد. دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي و مراكز تحقيقاتي كشور مسئوليت توليد علم در جهت اقتدار و توسعه پايدار كشور را برعهده دارند، براي انجام اين مهم، شناخت مولفه هاي موثر بر توليد دانش از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. لذا اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي و طراحي مدل عوامل موثر بر توليد دانش در يك پژوهشكده دانشگاه علوم پزشكي نظامي به روش تحليل عاملي تائيدي انجام گرديده است. روش­ها: مطالعه حاضر كاربردي از نوع توصيفي، همبستگي مبتني بر تحليل عاملي تائيدي بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه كليه محققين، اعضاي هيات علمي و دانشجويان تحصيلات تكميلي يك پژوهشكده نظامي بودند كه با روش سرشماري، نمونه گيري انجام گرفته است. پس از جمع آوري داده ها، آمار توصيفي به كمك نرم افزار 18 SPSS و آمار تحليلي به روش تحليل عاملي تائيدي با كمك نرم افزار آموس 18 صورت گرفته است. يافته­ ها: در مجموع 49 نمونه شركت كننده در مطالعه، 63/3 % مرد با حداكثر 25 سال سابقه كار و 200 چاپ مقاله بودند. نتايج نشان­ دهنده مناسب بودن مدل ساختاري برازش يافته منطبق بر مدل مفهومي پژوهش بود (048/0=RMSEA، 055/0=RMR، 86/0=GFI، 76/0=AGFI). نتيجه­ گيري: با توجه به نتايج تحليل عاملي تاييدي مشخص شد، استقلال عمل محقق، تشويق همكاران، سبك مديريتي و اعطاي پاداش داراي ضريب اهميتي بالايي نسبت به ديگر متغيرها در توليد دانش مي باشند. شايسته است در تصميم گيري ها و تعيين راهبردي كلان متغيرهاي فوق با اولويت بالا مورد توجه قرار گيرند.

Background and Aim: In the present era, knowledge is one of the most important sources of competitive advantage for individuals and the organizations. Quality of health care and health promotion are also strongly dependent on the production of knowledge. Medical universities and research centers responsible for producing science and sustainable development of countries are responsible for the authorities to do so. Actually, identifying the factors affecting the production of knowledge is of particular importance. Therefore, this study aimed to Investigate and design a model for the influencing factors in the production of knowledge. Methods: This study used a descriptive correlation based on confirmatory factor analysis. Researchers, faculty members and the students of a military institute were considered as the society of this research. Samples were gathered by using the census method. After collecting the data, descriptive statistics were done using the SPSS 18 software and analytical statistics with confirmatory factor analysis were performed by using the Amos software 18. Results: A total of 49 subjects participated in the study. Among them, 63.3% were male with 25 years of experience and 200 published articles. The results indicates that the structural model fitted in accordance with the conceptual 'model (0.048=RMSEA, RMR=0.055, GFI=0.86, AGFI=0.76). Conclusion: The results of the confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the independence of the researchers, colleagues’ cooperation, management style, and rewards are highly important factors compared to the other variables in the production of knowledge. It is essential that the above mentioned variables be considered with priority in decision-making and strategy settings.
