چكيده فارسي :
خدمات دندانپزشكي، خدماتي پرهزينه و حساس هستند كه در كشورهاي در حال توسعه بخش قابل توجهي از هزينه هاي بهداشت و درمان را به خود اختصاص مي دهد. نكته نگران كننده اين است كه متاسفانه صرف هزينه كردن نمي تواند تضميني براي دريافت خدمات با كيفيت فني باشد. هدف از اين مطالعه شناسايي و اولويت بندي عوامل موثر بر كيفيت فني خدمات دندانپزشكي بود.
روش ها
اين مطالعه از نوع تركيبي اكتشافي بود و در فاصله زماني بهمن تا شهريور 95-96 در مركز دندانپزشكي 600 ارتش انجام گرفت. جامعه مورد مطالعه 20 نفر از دندانپزشكان مركز تخصصي دندانپزشكي600 ارتش بودند. روش گردآوري داده ها در فاز كيفي، مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته و سپس در فاز كمي از پرسشنامه FAHP بود. براي تحليل داده هاي كيفي از نرم افزار Atlas.ti 5.2 و براي تحليل سلسله مراتب فازي از نرم افزار FAHP solver2015 استفاده شد.
يافته ها
نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل موثر بر كيفيت فني خدمات دندانپزشكي بر اساس اولويت شامل عوامل درماني، عوامل انساني، عوامل ساختاري، آموزش و پژوهش و عوامل مبتني بر بيمار مي باشند. مهمترين شاخصه هاي عوامل درماني، درمان با كيفيت، تخصص گرايي، مواد و تجهيزات درمان و بهداشت و كنترل عفونت و نظارت و ارزيابي بود. مهم ترين شاخصه هاي عوامل انساني شامل ويژگي هاي فردي دندانپزشك، شايستگي هاي تيم دندانپزشكي، تعاملات دندانپزشك، انگيزش و رضايت شغلي تيم دندانپزشكي و اخلاق حرفه اي بود. مهم ترين شاخصه هاي عوامل ساختاري شامل تعرفه و توان پرداخت هزينه ها، عوامل توليتي، مديريت مناسب، شاخص هاي عملكردي و مديريت تسهيلات دندانپزشكي و پيشگيري بود. مهم ترين شاخصه هاي آموزش و پژوهش شامل آموزش بيمار، آموزش تيم دندانپزشكي و تحقيق و پژوهش بود و در نهايت شاخصه هاي عوامل مبتني بر بيمار شامل رضايت بيمار، همكاري و مشاركت بيمار و توجه به بيمار بود.
نتيجه گيري
كيفيت فني خدمات دندانپزشكي تحت تاثير عوامل متعددي قرار دارد. بهبود كيفيت فني خدمات دندانپزشكي از طريق راهكارهاي ارئه شده مي تواند در افزايش سطح سلامت دهان و دندان در جامعه تاثير بسزايي داشته باشد.

Background and Aim: Dental services are costly and sensitive services that constitute a significant portion
of healthcare costs in developing countries. Unfortunately, spending alone cannot be guaranteed to receive dentist
services with high technical quality. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize factors affecting the
quality of dental services.
Methods: This is an exploratory study and was conducted at the Army 600 dental center during Jan 2016 –
Sep 2017. The study population consisted of 200 dentists from the Army 600 Dental Center. Data collection in
the qualitative phase involved using semi-structured interviews and then using the FAHP questionnaire in the
quantitative phase. To analyze the qualitative data, Atlas.ti 5.2 software was used and FAHP solver2015 software
was used to analyze the fuzzy hierarchy.
Results: The results showed that factors affecting the quality of dental services based on priority include
therapeutic factors, human factors, structural factors, education and research, and patient-based factors. The most
important indicators of therapeutic factors were high quality treatment, specialization, treatment and health care
and infection control, and monitoring and evaluation. The most important indicators of human factors were
personal dentist's characteristics, dental team competencies, dental interactions, motivation and job satisfaction of
the team of dentistry and professional ethics. The most important indicators of structural factors include tariffs
and ability to pay fees, factors of delivery, proper management, performance indicators and management of dental
facilities and prevention. The most important indicators of education and research included patient education,
dental team training and research. Finally, the characteristics of patient-based factors included patient satisfaction,
patient collaboration and participation, and attention to the patient.
Conclusion: The technical quality of dental services is affected by several factors. Improving the technical
quality of dental services through the proposed strategies can have an impact on the level of oral and dental health
in the community.
