سنجش ميزان تاثير عوامل موثر بر پياده سازي مديريت دانش در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي استان يزد

Exploration and ranking of critical success factors of Knowledge Management implementation in Yazd Province academic libraries

هدف : شناسائي و رتبه بندي عوامل مؤثر در پياده سازي مديريت دانش در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي استان يزد مي باشد. روش: روش انجام پژوهش پيمايشي – تحليلي و جامعه آن شامل تعداد 120 كتابدار شاغل در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي استان يزد در سال تحصيلي 93-1392مي باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 92 نفر از آنها بصورت تصادفي و به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با مقياس 5 درجه اي ليكرت بود. روايي صوري پرسشنامه توسط اساتيد باتجربه تأييد و به منظور تأييد پايايي آن از آزمون ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (913/.) استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از آمار استنباطي و به كمك نرم افزار آماري spss18 انجام گرفت، براي سنجش ميزان تأثير عوامل مؤثر در پياده سازي مديريت دانش از آزمون t تك نمونه اي و براي مشخص كردن اولويت تأثيرگذاري عوامل مذكور از آزمون فريدمن استفاده گرديد. يافته ها: از ميان عوامل مؤثر در پياده سازي مديريت دانش، تنها دو عامل فرهنگ سازماني و امكانات فناوري از وضعيت مناسبي برخوردار مي باشند. نتيجه گيري: نتايج بدست آمده با توجه به اهميت و جايگاه ويژه كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي در پيشبرد اهداف آموزشي و پژوهشي دانشگاهها و نقشي كه مديريت دانش در رسيدن به اهداف مذكور دارد، چندان مطلوب نمي باشد كه اين مسأله لزوم توجه و برنامه ريزي بيشتر از سوي مسئولين را بيش از پيش آشكار مي سازد.

Purpose: This research tried to explore and rank the critical success factors of knowledge management implementation in academic libraries in Yazd. Method: This analytical survey was conducted on the 60 librarians in Yazd academic libraries in 2013. The data was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire of which the validity was confirmed by a group of specialists, and reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha that was calculated to be 0.909. The status of critical factors in implementing of Knowledge Management was determined by means of a one-sample t test, and the priority of critical factors was determined by administration of the Friedman Test. Findings: among the critical factors considered in implementation of knowledge management, only two factors, namely organizational culture and technology, were in a good situation; also, from the point of view of affecting the implementation of knowledge management in academic libraries, these two factors proved to be in the first priority as well among all of the critical factors. Result: With respect to the importance of academic libraries in achieving the educational and research goals of universities, and the role of knowledge management in attaining these goals, the results gained did not prove to be satisfactory. This indicates the necessity of more serious consideration of the universities’ authorities regarding implementation of KM.
