The Process of Establishment of Territorial Agenda and Development and Inonovation in Medical Education in Iran

آمايش سرزميني، روند جامعي از برنامه‌ريزي جهت استفاده از مزيت‌ها و استعدادهاي منطقه‌اي به‌منظور رشد و تعالي آن‌ها مي‌باشد. تحول در نظام آموزش يكي از اثرگذارترين اقدامات و ضامن رشد و توسعه پايدار جوامع مي‌باشد. اجراي برنامه تحول و نوآوري در آموزش پزشكي با بهره‌مندي از ظرفيت برنامه آمايش سرزميني در پاييز 1394 در كشور آغاز گرديد. هدف اين مطالعه تبيين روند استقرار آمايش سرزميني تحول و نوآوري در آموزش علوم پزشكي ايران مي‌باشد. با استفاده از كليدواژه در عنوان و يا چكيده مقاله در كتب تدوين‌شده توسط معاونت آموزشي وزارت بهداشت و در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي فارسي‌زبان و پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي به زبان انگليسي در فاصله سال‌هاي 2016-2000 ميلادي مقالات مرتبط جستجو شد. نتايج نشان داده است كه با اجرايي شدن برنامه، تعامل هدفمند بين دانشگاه‌هاي منطقه و گفتمان تحول و نوآوري در محيط دانشگاهي به وجود آمد. همچنين در برخي بسته‌ها نظير اعتباربخشي مؤسسات و مراكز آموزشي، ارتقاء نظام آزمون‌ها و پايش بسته‌هاي تحولي نتايج ملموس‌تر و در برخي بسته‌ها نظير بين‌المللي شدن آموزش علوم­پزشكي، آموزش علوم پزشكي مجازي و اعتلاي اخلاق حرفه‌اي قدم هاي موثري برداشته شده است و در بسته‌هاي حركت به سمت دانشگاه‌هاي نسل سوم، آموزش پاسخگو و عدالت­محور و ارتقاء زيرساخت‌هاي آموزشي نيازمند توجه و برنامه‌ريزي بهتري مي‌باشد. توجه به تأمين منابع پايدار و تقويت زيرساخت‌هاي آموزشي و توانمندسازي اعضاي هيئت‌علمي جهت حصول موفقيت در برنامه ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد.

Territorial Agenda is a comprehensive process of planning to use advantage and talent of regional s for their growth and excellence. The development of the education system is one of the most effective action and guarantor of the sustainable development of societies. The implementation of the program on the development and innovation of medical education with the use of the capacity of the territorial planning program began in the country in 2015. The purpose of this study is to explain the Process of Establishment of Territorial Agenda and Development and Innovation in Medical Education in Iran. Using the keyword search about the title or abstract In the books compiled by the Ministry of Health and Education and in the databases like Magiran, SID, Medlib, Iranmedex, Google Scholar databases for Persian language studies and articles in English on the databases as PubMed, Science direct, Google Scholar between 2000 and 2016 The related articles were searched. The results showed that with the implementation of the program, targeted engagement between the universities of the region and the discourse of development and innovation in the academic atmosphere argos. Also, some packages such as the accreditation of institutions and educational centers, the upgrading of the testing system and the monitoring of development packages have made the results more tangible, and in some packages, such as the internationalization of medical education, virtual education and the promotion of professional ethics, good efforts have begun. and in moving packages to third-generation universities, accountable and advocacy education and promotion of educational infrastructure require better attention and planning. Considering the provision of sustainable resources and strengthening of educational infrastructure and faculty members' empowerment to achieve success in the program seems essential.
