تينيتوس: شناخت جنبه هاي مختلف بيماري و ارائه راهكار

تينيتوس، درك صدا در گوش و گاهي در سردر غياب يك محرك يا منبع خارجي مي‌باشد. هر نوع اختلال در مغز خصوصاً سيستم شنوايي مي‌تواند باعث ابتلا به تينيتوس شود. حدود 15-10 درصد مردم در بخشي از دوران زندگي خود اين بيماري را تجربه مي‌كنند. هدف اين مقاله بحث در مورد پاتوفيزيولوژي اين بيماري ، شناخت و پيشگيري از اين مشكل و نگاهي گذرا بر آينده درماني و كمك به كاهش عوارض اين بيماري با ارائه راهكارهاي جديد مي‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر به بررسي بيماري تينيتوس به كمك طبقه‌بندي موضوعات تحقيق‌شده و جنبه‌هاي شناخته‌شده‌ي مهم مرتبط با بيماري تينيتوس مي‌پردازد. براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در حيطه‌ي بيماري تينيتوس از لحاظ محتوايي كلمات كليدي در پايگاه‌هاي موردنظر جستجو شد. از جمله موارد ايجادكننده تينيتوس قرار گرفتن در معرض صداي خشن، داروهاي اتوتوكسيك، كموتراپي، داروهاي ضدالتهاب غيراستروئيدي مي‌باشد. در مورد اقداماتي درماني مي‌توان به صدا درماني، درمان رفتاري شناختي و موسيقي‌درماني اشاره كرد. محافظت از گوش‌ها در برابر صداهاي بلند و كنترل ميزان صداي دستگاه‌هاي صوتي و استفاده از پلاك‌ها در مواجه با صداهاي بسيار بلند نيز مي‌تواند در پيشگيري از اين بيماري. گرچه تحقيقات زيادي انجام‌شده، اما براي درمان اين بيماري داروهاي مؤثري تاكنون شناخته‌نشده است. به‌طور اطمينان تحقيق و تمركز در مورد اين بيماري با استفاده از يك روش جديد كه مسيرهاي شنوايي و اختلالات اسكلتي عضلاني را هدف قرار دهد گزينه‌ي مناسبي براي درمان خواهد بود.

Tinnitus understands a sound in the ear and sometimes in the head without external source or stimulus. Any disorder in the brain, especially the auditory system, can cause tinnitus. About 10-15% of people experience it in part of their lifetime. The purpose of this article is to discuss the pathophysiology of this disease, to identify and prevent this problem, and to look at the future of the treatment and to help the complications of the disease decrease by providing new strategies. The study examines Tinnitus disease by categorizing the topics studied and important known aspects associated with tinnitus disease. In order to gather information about tinnitus disease, the content of the keywords was searched at the sites. Among the cases of Tinnitus acute exposure to acute respiratory distress, autoimmune drugs, chemotherapy, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Therapeutic measures include sound therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and music therapy. Protecting the ears against loud noises and controlling the volume of sound devices and the use of plaques in the face of very high sounds can also be effective in preventing the disease. Although much research has been done, no effective drugs have ever been identified for the treatment of this disease. Auditory pathways and musculoskeletal disorders is a good option for treatment.
