Studing and analyzingthe role of public transport system in sustainable urban development

الگوي توسعه مبتني بر حمل‌ونقل همگاني يكي از الگوهاي توسعه شهري است كه بر محوريت حمل‌ و نقل عمومي استوار است. امروزه اين رويكرد در بسياري از شهرهاي جهان استفاده مي شود. در همه جوامع، رشد و توسعه بدون محدوديت و لجام‌گسيخته، تبعات منفي به دنبال خواهد داشت. توسعه پايدار در حقيقت پاسخي براي مقابله با اين اثرات منفي است. توسعه پايدار ابعاد گسترده‌اي دارد و بسياري از جوانب زندگي بشر را در برمي‌گيرد. در بسياري از پژوهش‌هاي انجام‌شده در زمينه پايداري، به حمل ونقل به‌عنوان جزء لاينفك زندگي انسان و به‌دليل داشتن اندركنش همه‌جانبه‌اش‌ با ابعاد كليدي جامع، توجه شده است. توسعه پايدار حمل‌ونقل داراي سه بعد اصلي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و زيست‌محيطي است. يك ديدگاه، شرط رسيدن به توسعه پايدار حمل‌ونقل را برقراري تعادل و هماهنگي بين اين ابعاد مي‌داند. هر كدام از اين ابعاد در تأثير متقابل با حمل‌ونقل هستند كه در اين مقاله به نحوه اين ارتباط و تأثير آن اشاره شده است

The development model based on public transportation is one of the urban developmentpatterns,based on the centrality of public transport .Nowadays, this approach is used in many cities around the world .In all societies, the unrestricted and unbridleddevelopment will cause negative consequences . Sustainable development is in fact a response to these negative effects.Sustainable development has expanded dimensions and includes many aspects of human life.In many researches about sustainability, transportation has been considered as an integral part of human life that has comprehensive interaction with key aspects of society. Sustainable developmentof transportation has three main social, economic and environmental dimensions.One approach believe that achieving sustainable development of transportation depends on maintaining thebalance and harmony between these dimensions.Each of these dimensions is in mutual interactionwith transportation and this relations and their effects are pointed out in this article.
